Looking for new Malibu for my father to replace his 2008 car. I shopped around at local dealers including the one our family purchased 5 cars from over the years. I stopped into City for the first time and was greeted by Mike Sprow. Discussed with him what our needs are in a new car. He is the best! Very knowledgeable and took time to show me cars and options. Not at all pushy sales here. Great guidance and taking time to answer every question. This was first time we considered lease vs. Purchase. Mike worked with me to help us decide leading is a great option and fits our needs best. He showed me some in stock Malibus but they were not the color we wanted. Instead of trying to push us into one in stock, he helped show me colors of other ones he could get us. They let me take cars 2 miles away to show my parents and not ask them to come in until we decided of what we wanted. We decided on a beautiful Malinu RS. And with mikes guidance we found a car that my family absolutely loves. We shopped at a different dealer for 20 years and had a great Salesman there but Mike is our new guy and City is a wonderful dealership who makes you feel unpressured when looking to buy and comfortable like a family business does! I was very impressed with John Landa ,when I first came in I told John that I didn't need to talk to a manager I just wanted to to see the truck I eventually purchased.
