My name is Jim and recently I was in contact with I believe was a salesman with an online inquiry on a Silverado 1500. The truck was stock number G2377 listed at $47,730. I'm not sure who I was messaging because I was contacted by Alfonso, Scott, Arron, and Jessie Brei. Through messaging, I had asked for an OTD and provided my address. What I got was a shock after noticing he added on $6000 in add-ons and fee's. About $400 for theft protection, little over $2000 for destination fee, and $3000 for Advantage program plus taxes to that. After asking about those, he immediately removed the destination fee and theft protection but proceeded to tell me the Advantage was already applied and not much he could do. I told him I didn't ask for it, it wasn't on the window sticker, and not listed online but I have to pay for it? Then he told me it was optional and it could be taken off, so I asked him to take it off. At this point I was very frustrated and trying to give this a chance, but what I got back was unreal. He took off the Advantage but the price stayed the same. Why? It stayed the same because the price was changed while we were discussing the sale, increased it by $2525. Was completely upset over this transaction, especially when he apologized for the confusion. Confusion?? He tried to nickel and dime me from the get-go, but that's confusion. This isn't my first rodeo with a cars salesman, just wasn't expecting the sudden deception and raise the price without saying anything. Their loss. More

Joe Aksamitowski does an incredible job in all aspects of customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case my tire sensor warning light came on for my front right tire, however, I ha customer service from beginning to end for me and my family. In this case my tire sensor warning light came on for my front right tire, however, I had replaced this part for all 4 of my tires within the required warranty period, thus, this visit was covered under the terms of the warranty. Joe kept me updated throughout the process. In addition, he kindly applied tire cleaner to all 4 of my tire rims, he kindly vacuumed my car, he kindly had my car washed, and he kindly helped changed my rear license plate holder with new bolts as well as my front license plate holder. He is tremendous with customer service. I have spent well over $400,000 at this dealership over the past 30 years through the 3-4 dealership changes on 8-9 new cars as well as R & M. Drove from Indiana on July 15 to buy a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali plus a truck for brother in law. Asked for their best price and salesman came back with $33.580. Truck was listed at $31,580 on their website. Sales Mgr. came out and told us the $31,580 was not correct and they sometimes the internet is wrong. i made an offer that i would pay $31,580 if he would put tires on it or I would give him $30,000 and i would put them on. He came back with the best he could do was i buy the tires and he would install them for free. I informed him i could go down the road and almost everyone installs for free. I asked how much he would come down in price and he informed me nothing at all that we had his best price. I told ok and we walked out. Since then on 7/18 the price has dropped from $31,580 to $30,780 and now it is at $30,580. We didn't think we asked for much since we were their to buy 2 trucks. but instead they lost 2 sales over a few hundred dollars. Way to go to Sales Manager Erin you lost 2 sales. More

Charged us 840 dollars for a 'prep fee' when the car had 3800 miles on it and was a year and a half old. All they did was an oil change, general inspection, and quick detail. The paperwork was done wrong so we literally had to do it all over. The salesman asked how it went in there and I said not good. A few moments later he replied well something good for me was I got a free lunch from chipotle. Probably not the best thing to say at that given time. I hate to do this, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The resolution was to give me a hat, to which I said I don’t need a hat. I had to ask three different times if they are gonna take my deposit. I asked the day of if we were doing this and I finally got a response. Yes, the car’s been set aside. The deal was made on Thursday four days prior. After the paperwork was screwed up and we had to start all over the guy in the office said I’m a better man than he was, he would’ve walked out. If I hadn’t driven six hours prior to that I would’ve. My wife in education so so we should’ve gotten the $500 discount. Partway through the paperwork I was told that it had to be taken off, because she was the one that needed to fill out the paperwork initially. If I had known that I would’ve had her do it. Then I was told they ended up saving me some money on the fees to which it wasn’t saving me money it just wasn’t as much as they originally thought. More
It was a pleasant experience purchasing our Chevy Blazer from Erick. He was very knowledgeable answering all our questions about this vehicle and trading in my old one.
