Normal maintenance and tire issue. I found out that I was adding "too much" air, not the assumed "too little'. World Subaru fixed this for me and explained the proper psi to be adding. All this in just 30 minutes and I was on my way. World Subaru is a First Class Experience Car service at World Subaru is a first class experience. I never mind waiting for my vehicle to be serviced at World, which normally is not long (they are very quick with regular maintenance like oil change, etc...) Their mechanics always perform proactive maintenance to make sure your car will keep running smoothly. I recently was able to drive factory tires to almost 90,000 miles because of their diligent work to rotate and monitor them, which is unheard of and a large cost savings. If you do run into more serious problems (which will always happen to every vehicle), their friendly and skilled staff are there to help you and make sure the solution works for you. They have always been fair and done the best they can on price, understanding that repair bills are never easy. I believe you get what you pay for; you get it fixed properly the first time (without multiple trips and rental cars). They always make every accommodation possible for your schedule/convenience. I have been going to World exclusively for 3 years… I was there today… and will continue to take my Subaru to World. Thank you to all of the staff there! More

Nina Bisozio is customer service gold I needed new auto starters and 2 recalls repaired on my 2015 outback and my appointment was lost from service records. The friendly and effective Nina had computer problems and a busy workshop and still got me in and out of service with a loaner in under 15 minutes. She made sure to check my warranty to cover the cost of the auto starter which was a really happy surprise for me and accommodated my schedule for a seamless experience. Way to go, Nina! More

Service was completed, my husband drove the car to a nearby location and turned off the engine while he waited for me. Then, the car wouldn't start! We called the service center and they sent someone to come and jump start the car and then my husband returned to the service center. My husband then spent three (3) hours waiting for a diagnosis of the problem. The staff could not find anything wrong with the battery or anything connected with the ignition. Gave us a new battery. This is now the third battery we have gotten for a car that we have only had for one year and four months! There have been several ( 3 or 4) other occasions where the car wouldn't start and the service center could not figure out what the problem was. We consider the car unreliable since we never know when it will not start. We don't understand why the service center, although very apologetic, cannot resolve this issue. Is this a defect with the car or what? This is my first Subaru and I am very disappointed. More

My 30,000 check up I took my car in early for the checkup because there was a recall. I received a free oil change because of a mix up with my previous appointment. The tech assumed my car was a 4 not a 6 cylinder. I had to drive back to remedy the problem. The staff was great about it. I could have skipped the car wash. My car was washed with not so clean water. The windows were hard to see through in the setting sun. More
