I cannot give enough praise about my experience at Circle Subaru! I had actually test driven the Subaru at another Subaru dealership 5 minutes from my home, but the experience there left little to be desi Subaru! I had actually test driven the Subaru at another Subaru dealership 5 minutes from my home, but the experience there left little to be desired. The warranty offered did not have a positive review beyond 3.9, no service included, and the overall atmosphere was substandard. I did not feel comfortable moving forward. So, I researched Subaru dealerships, and Circle Subaru returned amazing reviews. Now I completely understand why! Even though Circle Subaru is about an hour drive from me, it was absolutely worth the trip. Steve in sales was fantastic — no pressure, no upselling, just honest guidance, and a smooth, straightforward leasing process. He made everything easy from start to finish. Alli, the Delivery Specialist, was wonderful as well. She took her time walking me through all the features of my new Subaru and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left but also offered her contact information in case, I had any questions or need further instruction regarding the vehicle features. The dealership itself has a great atmosphere — friendly, knowledgeable staff and comfortable, modern accommodations. The service area is especially nice, with more than ample seating, workstations with Wi-Fi, TVs, snacks, and beverages. Becoming a Circle Subaru VIP comes with great perks, like the first year of oil changes and tire rotations included — plus complimentary loaner vehicles and car washes with service every time, not just the first year. From start to finish, Circle Subaru exceeded every expectation. I am thrilled with my new Subaru and so glad I made the drive. I searched for 6 weeks at over 10 dealerships throughout the state of NJ to find the exact make, model, trim and year of what I hope will be my “best and last” Subaru. I walked out of every single dealersh the state of NJ to find the exact make, model, trim and year of what I hope will be my “best and last” Subaru. I walked out of every single dealership for one reason or another…(but more than not, because of my not-so-great first impressions with salesmen). When I contacted Circle Subaru for a test drive, (mind you, they are an hour and a half from my home,) they confirmed with me the day before, then upon arriving, I was greeted warmly and respectfully, with more than one person who walked by asking if I was being helped. My salesman, Travis Foster, was not only extremely knowledgeable of all the buttons, bells and whistles in the vehicle I was looking at, but seeing my apprehension of driving in an area I was unfamiliar with, offered to take the test drive with me, telling me where to turn and which way to go. This allowed me to fully and comfortably focus on the vehicle as opposed to nervously listening to a GPS while driving in an unknown area. Because I lived so far away, and because I was bringing my own financing, the dealership accepted a deposit to hold the car for me, until I could return in a few days to finalize the paperwork. No pressure and none of that “if you don’t sign now, we can’t guarantee you’ll get the car you want” baloney. When I returned to complete the purchase, I met with Kristen in Finance, and every step was explained, and every question was answered. She took the time to explain all the extended warranty information as well…down to the details of which emails to look for once the paperwork was submitted. At no time did I feel like I was being rushed out the door. Once all the papers were signed, a car specialist, Tara, brought me out to the car and button by button, explained all the features in detail. About a week after the sale, there was a bank issue with the check for the payoff with my trade, and when I reached back out to my sales rep for help, he connected me with Sue in Accounting, and when I explained the problem, she promised to help and within 24 hours, called me back with a resolution. After a few days of driving the car, I had a few questions that I couldn’t find answers to in my owner’s manual. Again, I reached out to Travis, then had an immediate return call from Alli, and my questions were answered in full detail. The dealership, knowing how far I travelled to purchase my vehicle, then shipped my new plates overnight via fed ex once they arrived. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime from quite a few dealerships. Never have I had such a stellar experience as I did at Circle Subaru. The Circle Subaru employees that I had the pleasure of working with…Travis, Kristen, Tara, Alli and Sue, clearly follow and exemplify the Subaru Love Promise of “Love Our Customers.” I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this dealership, as it was definitely worth the hour and a half drive!! More
