Amazing experience! I was looking online for a new car being a mother of two young kids (1 and 2 months) I wanted something safe like an SUV but not as small as a sedan. I came across a few that I did like, but when I decided to contact the dealership, Melissa Mednick was the first to respond and help me with getting in contact with Glen (JR) Miller, who is amazing! He was not pushy and allowed me to change my mind a bunch of times. He was reliable and true to his word! He was able to get me a car that I love at the rate I can afford! We originally went to the dealer because they had the broadest selection of certified used Outbacks in the area. Glen (JR) Miller, our sales person, was great and helped make the overall purchase experience terrific. In fact, we were so impressed that we went back to JR and World a month later to buy a new Crosstrek -- even though there were several dealers much closer to our home. JR was knowledgable, helpful and a nice friendly guy. He knew his stuff and we never felt the pressure to "buy now" that you get at other dealers. The same was true through the whole process. Everyone was friendly and while we were offered upgrades and add-ons, we never felt pressured. In short, working with JR and buying from World was a great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. More

He understands what I am looking for, and works within my budget. Glen Miller actually handled my latest deal. The sales process was very easy with Glen. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the process. My old car was totalled on Christmas Eve when I was hi Purchasing my new Forester at World Subaru was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My old car was totalled on Christmas Eve when I was hit by another vehicle. I was not happy about spending money on a new car. I looked at Mazda, Volkswagen and Subaru. When I drove the new 2014 Forester for the first time, I was sold. It drives so nice, and I feel so confident with the safety features and look of the car both inside and outside. The dealership made everything so easy for me. The saleperson delivered my car to my office, so I could have the car on the weekend. The finance manager had all of the paperwork ready for me and was thorough with going through all of my options. I did not feel pressured and I walked away happy. I work in retail sales myself and I am so impressed with the level of service that I received, I refer my customers to them for their buying needs. More
