Best car buying experience Ever!!!! I stopped in to World Subaru to look at the new 2015 model Legacy, as my luck would have it they had the color I was looking for but the interior was I stopped in to World Subaru to look at the new 2015 model Legacy, as my luck would have it they had the color I was looking for but the interior was not my first choice. Lester Soto along with Mike D'Aiello assured me they could locate the car, two days later they indeed located the car and had it shipped from Pennsylvania. The best part of my experience was yet to come, I have a busy schedule so Lester took my information over the phone and Mike went over the numbers with me, we reached an agreement and they delivered the car and paperwork to me at my residence; This was the most convenient no-pressure car buying experience, Thank you guys again. BEST Price with no fuss! I went to another dealer and priced out a specific car, the limited Subaru BRZ Series.Blue in White and told them I was going to visit World Subaru as I went to another dealer and priced out a specific car, the limited Subaru BRZ Series.Blue in White and told them I was going to visit World Subaru as well. That dealer quoted me a price. Without using that price my sales person at Subaru was $77/month cheaper on the exact same car with the same out of pocket expense. The sales person was great and my wife is going to World to buy a Forester next week. Cannot give a better recommendation than that, they were excellent. I will recommend Shane Henderson and World Subaru to my friends and family. More

I was in a bit of a time crunch so the seamless process was great, I got to choose the color of the outside car and in less then two days picked it up. Great experience as a first-time buyer I had already picked out the car I wanted online and was glad that it hadn't been sold by the time I made it to the dealership. My boyfriend was there I had already picked out the car I wanted online and was glad that it hadn't been sold by the time I made it to the dealership. My boyfriend was there ahead of me so by the time I pulled up he and Shane Henderson, our salesperson, were ready with the keys for me to take a test drive. Shane was helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had. Mike D'aiello was also incredibly friendly and helpful, he walked me through all the financing and made it all easy to understand so that I could figure out which extra warranties and care packages would work best for me. Overall, what could have been an overwhelming and nerve-wracking experience was pleasant and hassle-free. More

A Wonderful Experience I walked into World Subaru not knowing if I wanted to lease or buy. Lester Soto was kind and friendly and patiently explained all of my options, witho I walked into World Subaru not knowing if I wanted to lease or buy. Lester Soto was kind and friendly and patiently explained all of my options, without any pressure. After thinking it over and a test drive, I decided I wanted to buy the Subaru Crosstrek. I was set on a manual in Khaki, but there was none within a 200 mile radius. Somehow, Michael D’Aiello (the swap mgr) worked some magic and intercepted exact car I wanted from the factory in route to another dealership. In the meantime I sold my used car fast and was without a vehicle. But Mike got my car delivered one week before my expected delivery date. I was very happy. Thank you Lester and Mike for a great experience! More
