He was nothing short of amazing. He was very knowledgable and had a very concerned attitude. He went over each concern in detail and gave me all the information I needed to understand each issue. She is knowledgeable, remembers everything about you and the car, makes you feel comfortable, she's honest and goes above and beyond every tine. When my daugther was moving to Chicago and taking the Infiniti, Ann found us a dealer, helped get us a new key and, generally, helped us with everything we needed to make it a smooth experience. Ann is one of the reasons that I want to stay with Infiniti! More

Relaxing Service Experience I went to the dealership for some repair work. My service writer John was the best. He explained what was going to be done and told me he would che I went to the dealership for some repair work. My service writer John was the best. He then helped me to the waiting area ( I'm disabled ) .What seemed like a very short period of time he came to me and it won't be much longer...he then shortly after that came to me and said the car was being washed and would be ready to go shortly. I thought that was very considerate of him considering that it was earlier in the morning and there were several people in the lounge and others dropping off their vehicle. And John came back forth speaking to his customers giving them updates, I thought that was very professional. More

As an Infiniti customer for two years, I am continually impressed with the level of service that is delivered each time I bring my car in--even for something as routine as an oil change! Ann Maria Trapani is by far one of the most courteous individuals I've encountered in the service department. Always with a smile on her face, she makes sure that I am in-and-out as quickly as possible and that I know what was done to the vehicle at the end of my visit. Before becoming an Infiniti customer, I was a loyal Honda customer. And the reason I decided to leave Honda was because of the way I was treated in the service department--very aggressive employees always trying to upsell me. I have to say that I am truly satisfied with the way Circle Infiniti runs their service department. Though no one probably "looks forward" to servicing their vehicle, I certainly don't mind it at all! Keep doing what you're doing! More
