BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! I can't even begin to explain how great this dealership is. I never wait longer than I have to, I get amazing fresh coffee from the customer lounge, I can't even begin to explain how great this dealership is. There is nothing she can't get done (and quickly). Pam and Todd are great and Yuri is the nicest and best valet-er ever! They are all FABULOUS and a joy to work with. I am on my THIRD Infiniti and going for my fourth this spring - the car (it's FAST) and the service department is 100% why I have brand loyalty!! More

Great Service! I had extra time so I went to dealership with out an appointment to get my oil changed. I wasn't sure what to expect....I was so pleased that the st I had extra time so I went to dealership with out an appointment to get my oil changed. I wasn't sure what to expect....I was so pleased that the staff was so kind and understanding. They squeezed me in and I was done in no time :) Ann & Todd were so sweet and even offered me coffee and a bagel. Overall it was a great experience-quick and painless. I have had quite a few services performed by the staff at Circle Infiniti, I mostly deal with Todd Rovinsky, who seems to know this business better than anyone I've ever encountered. He is always polite, always willing to review the charges and never pushes me into additional items. I have also had the pleasure of working with Ann and Pamela, who are perfectly pleasant, and did a fine job helping me as well. I would recommend servicing your vehicle there anytime! More
