The drop-off and pick-up process was quick and efficient, despite the ongoing showroom construction. Pam was professional and explained the scope of service. The waiting lounge is new, and featured amenities such as refreshments, Wifi, an iMac workstation and numerous magazines. The service area and waiting lounge were clean. In addition, Ron, from the parts department, provided options for accessories to better utilize my vehicle in the future. Not honest Along with John Dilieto, were dishonest in stating repair was not under warranty. I called Infiniti and was told by a customer service manager that it should have been covered and was given approval to bring the car to another Infiniti service center. I wish I could say this is the first time, but it is the first time I am writing about it. Also, John Dilieto was defensive and rude when I asked questions. More

Top Notch Service! I took my car in for a service. It was the best one I have had so far! Always great to be greeted by Yuri and then I sat with John DiLieto who took me I took my car in for a service. It was the best one I have had so far!
