Circle Hyundai responded

We are sorry about the circumstances that transpired. The customer came to the dealership with a diagnostic report from another facility or a scan tool. The technician scanned vehicle and confirmed that the ETC module did indeed fail. The technician replaced the module ran the vehicle in his bay. The tempature seemed stable. The customer contacted us that the vehicle overheated again, we made every effort to work on the vehicle as soon as he returned. The technician then tested the theromstat and found that it was working itermitantly. The technician appologized for missing the diagnoses. The advisor, when asked agreed that we should have taken the car for a longer test drive. We discounted the bill to our cost. We immediately addressed the problem and the vehicle was returned the following day after the parts arrived. The aggressive nature of this review and the tone of the customer you would think that we didnt care, but we do! It's an unfortunate incident that was corrected. We wish it didnt happen and we will use the review as a training tool.
