I purchased my car at Circle Hyundai in 2019. I had to have service in 2025 and Raul in their service department was very helpful keeping me updated. Felicia was also very professional and kind. I love my Santa Fe but hate Circle Hyundai will never lease another vehicle from them the service department is terrible, I was unable to change my appointment to a Saturday earlier now they want to char lease another vehicle from them the service department is terrible, I was unable to change my appointment to a Saturday earlier now they want to charge me for a tire rotation because 2000 miles over but I tried to change my appointment they now lost a customer because they try to nickel and dime you More
I use Circle Hyundai for my 11 year old Sonata and have always been satisfied with the service. They fixed the car in a timely manner & found some other small things that needed fixing & the car was ready by 5P. EXCELLENT SERVICE More
Not happy with their service. Had the car towed for blinking engine light. They said they need to replace two coils and two fuel injectors$2600 which I thought was ridiculous but Had the car towed for blinking engine light. They said they need to replace two coils and two fuel injectors$2600 which I thought was ridiculous but figured it’s already there, just fix it. It was there two weeks. They called and said they fix and cleared the errors, no longer blinking ok to drive but that they THINK it’s off timing. The total cost would be $8,000. We said no way. Car is not even worth 3,000. We paid the 2800 and drove home 15 minute ride the engine light was blinking again. Called and was told it’s the timing and since we didn’t care to have that fixed we’re stuck with the problem. I immediately asked to speak to a manager which they said would call me but didn’t. I called a friend who has a car computer and all the codes they claimed they corrected and cleared showed up again. I think they don’t know what’s happening are only exploring and taking advantage of me. I’m definitely going to dispute the service and costs.!!! Thieves!!!! More
Went out to my 2016 Hyundai Elantra today to get my babies groceries out of the trunk. I tried to pull the lever from inside the car that pops the trunk open and nothing. So I attempted to open the trunk with my car fob/remote and all I hear is a click sound but still my trunk will not open. So I called Circle Hyundai Shrewsbury (place where I originally purchased the car and have it serviced with) and was told I could make an appointment for an analysis for $200!!!!!!@!@!! Are you frigging kidding me. I could barely afford my babies groceries that are trapped in the trunk! So now, $200 for analysis and how much to fix the truck malfunction? THIS IS NOT A NORMAL CAR PROBLEM. More
