I purchased a New Hyundai Elantra Limited and could not be happier. I got prices from 2 other Hyundai Dealerships and Circle Matched the price and they had what I wanted in stock. I recently went out looking for a good commuter car. Right off the bat I told them i was just in the beginning stages of looking and not in a rush to make a decision. I was helped by Erik geraghty. He was very knowledable about the Hyundai lineup. He answered all of my questions in an easy way for me to understand. I was at such ease after talking to him I wanted to get some pricing because I felt after talking to him i was ready to make a decision. The sales manager Christian came out with Erik to give me the pricing on the elantra gls and the sonata gls. For what I need the vehicle for he helped explain how the sonata made more sense for me. He was also non pressuring which I loved about my time at circle. After we were finished I did the paprwork with Scott. He went over a few different routes with me, and explained everything involved in the financing. I love my new sonata and would recomend this dealership to anyone. Very courteous, professional, and overall I had an awesome experience I had never had bedore before getting a car. Thanks again circle!! More
Professionalism, Courteous, Respectful, Accommodating, Knowledgeable, and most of all, Friendly, are the words that come to mind when I talk about Shrewsbury Circle Hyundai. First and foremost, I did Knowledgeable, and most of all, Friendly, are the words that come to mind when I talk about Shrewsbury Circle Hyundai. First and foremost, I did my research and through word of mouth, I heard Circle Hyundai was the only place for me to purchase a car – from the technicians, mechanics, to the salesmen, and managers, I heard only pleasant comments about this dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by multiple salesmen, all who were extremely knowledgeable about the cars they had to offer. However, the car that I had purchased was the 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8Track edition that was sitting in the showroom. I fell in love at first sight. Initially, I dealt with Paul DeFelice the dealer operator and Juan, one of their on-sight technicians. They answered every single question, every little concern with professionally with courtesy, patience, and respect. I knew they were the right people to speak with and build a relationship with. With the car being a showroom car, I was not sure how I would be able to test drive the car before considering in buying – however, Paul and Juan did a fantastic job to reassure me as a buyer, it was important to test drive a car, went through the long process to open the doors, move cars around, taking up to 15 minutes just to allow me to test drive the car not even knowing if I would buy it. To Paul and Juan, it was not an issue and made it very clear that customers come first, always. After test driving and speaking with Paul, I knew this was the car to buy and Circle Hyundai did another fantastic job in negotiating a final price – and even with the tough economic times, Circle Hyundai bent over backwards to work and compromise a price that was right – once again, made it very clear customers come first. About a week after buying the car, I needed to get treatment on the interior of my car – setting up an appointment was very easy and EJ did a fantastic job working with my busy schedule – I was able to drop it off in the morning and was given a courtesy car since the treatment would take 4-5 hours. This was my first experience with their service department after a week of buying the car and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I returned to see the car had been fully treated, washed, waxed, and detailed. They went above and beyond my expectations by satisfying me with a complementary detail – and like I had previously mentioned before, made it very clear that I came first. Josh made my car look like it was brand new! Circle Hyundai has set a precedent in my book on how a dealership should be run and operated – I truly felt as if I was treated as if I was at a high-end luxury dealership. Not only was I pleased with the whole experience of test driving, buying, servicing, I was pleased to see how each and every member at Circle Hyundai made me feel special. I can say with full confidence this is a dealership that wants to make you feel like you are family and treats you like you are one of their own. I have recommended this dealership to everyone will be returning to purchase the new 2013 Santa Fe! Hyundai is now my #1 choice! More
After visiting my local dealer in Flemington I was amazed with the level of service and treatment that was given to me at Circle Hyundai and Chevrolet. I am a very busy person and my schedule doesn't allow with the level of service and treatment that was given to me at Circle Hyundai and Chevrolet. I am a very busy person and my schedule doesn't allow me the time to drive from dealer to dealer test driving and going through the long extended process of getting a price. I used the internet to help me narrow down the dealers I was going to visit. And Flemington seemed to have the lowest price by far. But when I arrived the person who I was dealing with wasn't there and I was handed off to some other salesman that didn't seem interested in selling me a car at all. After two hours of going over all the things I have discussed already I had some manager come over to tell me that the price I had was a mistake and if I wanted to buy a vehicle from them I would have to pay for all these additional charges that weren't explained to me, raising the price by almost $3000 dollars. So I ran out and called Circle where I spoke to the General Sales Manager and he gave me a straight price on a car I wanted with in 30 seconds. I was very unsure what I was going to have to go through when I got there and hoped I wouldn't have to endure all the pain and lying that I did at the other dealer. But he seemed very honest and sincere so I drove over an hour to meet him. I was greeted by a extremely freindly man named Vic and welcomed to the dealership as soon I a walked in. Christian came out right away to introduce himself and told Vic everything we had already went over. Vic pulled the car up for me to see, and within 10 minutes I was ready to make the deal with them. The price I was given was exactly what I was charged and there were no additional costs at all. I was then introduced to Scott the Finance Manager and he made very sure I understood what I was paying for as well as offered me coverages that made sense for me at prices I couldn't refuse. If you are buying a Hyundai you are crazy to go anywhere else other than Circle because these guys are the only ones who will not play games with you and give you a great deal while treating you like you are the most important customer in the world to them. At this point, I have purchased at least 5 cars from this dealership and have had siblings and friends purchase many more. I give them 5 stars for ever interaction. The service department is top notch and they work with you by sending reminders of when that oil change is needed so I do a better job of maintaining me vehicles. I will continue to patronize this business going forward and have a hard time even thinking about looking elsewhere. More

At first, we thought we met the worlds best salesman, but quickly discovered we were bamboozled. Kevin was extremely helpful, but after a few weeks of owning the car we realized he sold us a LEMON.
