I went into the service department because my car was overheating. I told the gentleman handling my issue that I checked the computer, and the error codes pointed to the ECT sensor, but that I know very overheating. I told the gentleman handling my issue that I checked the computer, and the error codes pointed to the ECT sensor, but that I know very little about cars and could be completely wrong, so they may want to investigate themselves. After 3 hours of waiting and watching them perform the maintenance on the car through the waiting room window, i saw it took them all of 15 minutes of interaction with the car before they called it fixed. Somehow, this came to $176 dollars in labor costs - not sure how that works out, but i figured "at least it is fixed" and bit the bullet. Anyway, I got in my car and began to drive home, and about 2 miles into my ride home, the car overheated again. When I asked if they checked their work, they said they assumed it didn't need checking. After talking to them I got the impression that they were saying it was my fault because he misunderstood what I said when I came in. They said they would look into the issue. It turns out that after looking at it for about 3 minutes, they were able to tell that the issue was with the radiator hoses and thermostat. The sensor did need replacing apparently, but it was only part of the issue - had they just glanced at it, they would have seen it. They apologized, tongue in cheek, still implying that it was my fault and said they would give me a discounted price for the rest of the work to be done - this is nice, but too little too late. Since I bought this car, I have found it to be nothing but one disappointment after another. Now, not only have I lost faith in the product, but in the service as well. Additionally, "America's Best Warranty" is garbage. The warranty covers nothing more than any other company would offer 10 years/100,000 miles on Engine and Trans only - which are almost certain to NOT have any issues within that timeframe. The marketing of this warranty as anything special is a sham. More

My overall experience at Circle Hyundai was great. I love my new 2013 black Hyundai Sonata SE. My salesman Ed Martins was a great salesman. He was very nice and informative. He wanted to help me find the car that suited me. He was straight forward and gave me time to decide on which car I wanted. I didn't feel pressured to make a desicion. Most car salesman call you a million times, Ed Martins gave me one courtesy call to see if I was still interested. I have to say that I enjoyed my sales experience and was not stressed out over buying my first car. I would highly recommend Circle Hyundai and Ed Martins. More

He helped me get into a beautiful, certified pre-owned, cherry red 2012 Hyundai Accent after I felt like I was completely out of options. The warranty on my Hyundai is ridiculous and I finally have the peace of mind I needed, Ed was very patient and understanding and went above and beyond expecations to help me out. Ed was very attentive to not only me but his other customers as well, with an ability to multi-task when necessary and not let anyone feel unimportant. I highly recommence circle Hyundai and Ed Martins for anyone looking to get into a new, used, or certified pre-owned car in the area or from out of town...it's worth the drive. Don't sell yourself short, go over to Circle if you want the most knowledgeable, friendliest, and don't talk to you like you're dumb sales staff. Thanks Ed! More

I went in to Circle Hyundai to look for a new car. My family has many Hyundai's including my parents that were also completely satisfied going to Circle Hyundai, so I decided to try there first. I was outside just looking when a gentleman asked if I needed help. I told him what I was in the market for a realiable car with many saftey features but I was not going to break my bank. I went on a test drive right away. Of course, I instantly fell in love with the Tuscon. However, I wanted to wait until we discussed numbers because if the price was not right, I was not going to buy. I am the type of person to buy a car. My last car I had, I had for 10 years. After I took the Tuscon for a test drive, we decided to do business. Ed Martins was the person who sold me my first new car. He was patient and he worked extremely hard to get the price I wanted with a low interest rate. He was extremely personable, as many car salemen are, he was different be because I did not feel any pressure to buy that day. I honestly felt like I knew the guy for years. I also felt that way with the man who handled my fiances, Scott. It was really a fun, clean, comfortable environement. That afternoon I walked out with a 2012 Hyundai Tuscon that had everything I could ever want in a vehicle. I came home and said to my parents who currently own a Hyundai Azera that they were right. I left there giving that dealership a 5 star recommendation!! I will tell anyone and everyone who is looking for a new car to without a doubt go to Circle Hyundai and ask for Ed Martins to assist you! More

We were greeted by our salesman Jason at the side entrance of the dealership where we sat down and discussed our needs. We were a little confused when he excused himself after a few minutes of conversation but then promptly came back asking him to join him to look at a vehicle he had in mind for our family of four. Our new Hyundai Sonata Limited ended up in our driveway just a couple hours later. The ease and comfort that we felt at Circle Hyundai was refreshing. It was a pleasant experience. More
