It takes a getting used to the keyless entry, hands free blue tooth connection, starting my car in the morning with my phone - it still is weird to me that I can afford a car with all these luxuries! When discussing the pricing of the car, I had a lot of trouble understanding why the car was a certain price compared to what I had found online. Glen answered every question I had honestly and professionally, and it was his knowledge of the car as well as the willingness to go back and forth between me and the sales manager that convinced me further that this dealership was the place to purchase a car. By the end of the deal, the sales manager, Sam, came out to greet me personally and seal the deal officially. He was kind and willing to work with my budget, which I greatly appreciate.
