I was there to have maintenance work on my 2011 Elantra, which was due to be returned in March of 2014, and as I was browsing through the showroom I struck up a conversation with Vincent who recommended me which was due to be returned in March of 2014, and as I was browsing through the showroom I struck up a conversation with Vincent who recommended me to Craig and before I new it I was sitting down returning my lease and purchasing a new one. They made the whole experience so pleasurable. I explained what I was there for and my current financial situation and they met every request I made of them. From the cars condition, over mileage and lack of money available they made it work. They were pleasant and understanding. I told them straight up what I had or didn't have really, but, with bad credit and all I drove away with a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. They are good people and I would recommend them in a second. He was informative, friendly and made a VERY pleasant experience! There was no pressure and he listened to what I wanted in a car. I walked away with my new car in a couple of hours and had no questions after that ( only because he went over everything). Offering a beverage, test driving the car, etc. etc. I will buy a car again from this dealership. In fact, everyone had a smile on his/her face-something you DON't see often!
