KJ, our sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Vincent Lorenzo, the sales manager, really worked with us to close what we consider to be a good deal. Casey Gelnaw, the finance manger, was very informative and patient with my many questions even though it was late at night. Lies, Deception, and More Lies. Upon being told by Tyquan Alston that they had located my vehicle, a 2014 Volester Turbo. I went into the dealership to finalize documents and to pay for the car in full or so I thought. I Was promised to have the vehicle before my daughters birthday even if it meant him picking the car up himself. When I arrived at the dealership there seemed to be something wrong, no money was requested and documents were nowhere to be found. They kept me waiting about an hour which I found out later was because the dealership with the vehicle was not making the trade. I don't appreciate being lied to or having my time waisted. I have since purchased my 2014 Volester Turbo from another dealership (for less money) that treated me with the honesty every new car buyer deserves. Charlene DiGregorio More
