Every dealership I visited told me they were unable to locate it, and some even tried to charge all these hidden fees to try to get it sent closer to me. After hearing about them on Star 99.1 I visited circle Hyundai and was blown away with how efficient Joon was and how hard he worked to get me this car. He made the process effortless and enjoyable, which is hard to find. The dealership overall was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured into making a decision. Our salesman, Bill, was very easy going and answered all of our questions and concerns. When it came to negotiating a price, we were able to do so fairly quickly and without any of the typical sales tactics which can be a such a turnoff. As this process can be a lengthy one, Bill did a great job of keeping us updated on how things were going and continuously made sure we were comfortable. Similarly, Roger in Finance took the time to explain all of the numbers and review our warranty options. Like Bill, he genuinely seemed to care about making sure all of our questions were answered appropriately. We never felt rushed or uneasy and left feeling really good about our purchase. It was arguably the best car purchase experience we have ever had. More
