I noticed that the car came equipped with BlueLink and I wanted to become part of that experience and get the most out of my car. I pressed the Bluelink button on the mirror and the assistant said that I would have to create an account at my local Hyundai dealer. I went to Circle Hyundai and was greeted with smiles and concern for my needs by Joon An he helped me create my account and was very professional. On 5/28/2014 I brought my car back to Circle Hyundai for a Oil Change and I was greeted by Bonnie Lane and she was very helpful and pleasant to deal with since this was my first time using the dealer for service. I am very uneasy when I take my car for service but when I came in I felt very comfortable to let them work on my vehicle and I will only go to them for service. When my car was finished Bonnie came into the showroom and told me everything that was done to my vehicle and I felt pleased to hear that Everything was OK!!!! I didn't get sold something that wasn't needed and I was happy to know my car is in great hands!!! Thank you Circle Hyundai for making my Experience a great one and I will be returning for future service to my Sonata!! More
Lacking basic customer care Made an appointment to see a car,confirmed and assured that car is available.Drove 82 miles each way and took a day from work,got there and we were to Made an appointment to see a car,confirmed and assured that car is available.Drove 82 miles each way and took a day from work,got there and we were told that an employee bought the car prior to our arrival.No courtesy call was made to us to be informed.We spend all that money and time to be treated like nothing.If you wanna be abused and disrespected at your own expense this is the place to go. Santa Fe family and friends lease From start to finish the only glitch was the trip into the manager's office. It was here that I felt the numbers were not what I was led to believe. The sales person Craig Cook was willing to come in on his day off so as to accommodate our schedules. I felt he was knowledgeable and more straight forward than most car dealers I have experiences with in the past. More

KJ, our sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Vincent Lorenzo, the sales manager, really worked with us to close what we consider to be a good deal. Casey Gelnaw, the finance manger, was very informative and patient with my many questions even though it was late at night. We are highly satisfied with our Circle Hyundai experience and would recommend them without hesitation. Great job guys!!! (Also, that 12 mile drive saved us $200 just in Document Fees) More

Lies, Deception, and More Lies. Upon being told by Tyquan Alston that they had located my vehicle, a 2014 Volester Turbo. I went into the dealership to finalize documents and to pay for the car in full or so I thought. I Was promised to have the vehicle before my daughters birthday even if it meant him picking the car up himself. When I arrived at the dealership there seemed to be something wrong, no money was requested and documents were nowhere to be found. They kept me waiting about an hour which I found out later was because the dealership with the vehicle was not making the trade. I don't appreciate being lied to or having my time waisted. I have since purchased my 2014 Volester Turbo from another dealership (for less money) that treated me with the honesty every new car buyer deserves. Charlene DiGregorio More
