When it came to negotiating a price, we were able to do so fairly quickly and without any of the typical sales tactics which can be a such a turnoff. As this process can be a lengthy one, Bill did a great job of keeping us updated on how things were going and continuously made sure we were comfortable. Similarly, Roger in Finance took the time to explain all of the numbers and review our warranty options. Like Bill, he genuinely seemed to care about making sure all of our questions were answered appropriately. We never felt rushed or uneasy and left feeling really good about our purchase.
