We were immediately greeted by Joon, and I could tell he was different from any other salesman we had encountered. He was patient with us, as we went from a possible purchase of a preowned, to a 2015 lease. They all made it as pleasant an experince as buying a car could be. They are very accomodating, and it was just a great overall experience. You can buy from here with confidence! Would recommend to anyone who needs a car! Thanks ! So I arrived with optimism and left with a brand new car in one day. Low pressure and great customer service. Awesome dealings with the management also, with trading in my car. The financing aspect was also quick and easy. An awesome experience overall, I would highly recommend Circle Hyundai. My 24 year old son, who is developmentally disabled, said it was like being on vacation in our new car!! More

Purchased a new 2014 Hyundai Azera I am a loyal Hyundai customer and this is the fourth Hyundai I have purchased but the first from this dealership. Prior to walking into the dealership I am a loyal Hyundai customer and this is the fourth Hyundai I have purchased but the first from this dealership. Prior to walking into the dealership I had researched the vehicles that were on the lot and I wanted to test drive. I currently drove an Azera Limited and wanted the new one. My salesman Bill Sagarese brought the vehicle out immediately. We test drove it and I was not completely happy with the Limited addition, even though my current Azera was a Limited addition. While driving, Bill mentioned another Azera on the lot. Got back to the dealership, Bill got the other car. I test drove that one and that was the car I eventually purchased. Bill was very informative and friendly, did not pressure me to purchase. I live locally and did not have my title with me, so while my car was being prepared for me, Bill drove me home, I got the title and we completed that transaction the same day. I do not like the car buying experience in general because of the amount of time it takes but this experience was very efficient. On the financing side, Roger found me a better deal than my pre approved loan, quickly got the paperwork complete and I was on my way. More

Should we save a little and get a 2014 Azera or the dream car, a fully-loaded 2015 Genesis. Kevin took us out in both cars, informing us of all the features. The numbers he offered us on our trade in and the new car were more than fair...which made it possible for us to purchase one gorgeous car....the Genesis! This is our second Hyundai we've purchased from Circle and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car and a need for real professionalism. An absolute pleasant experience. To start, Bill Was amazing. Having just sold a car to a friend, I knew how great he was right out the gate. He helped me really figure out where I wanted to go from the situation I was in without any pressure and gave me time to really consider my options. Every dealership I visited told me they were unable to locate it, and some even tried to charge all these hidden fees to try to get it sent closer to me. After hearing about them on Star 99.1 I visited circle Hyundai and was blown away with how efficient Joon was and how hard he worked to get me this car. He made the process effortless and enjoyable, which is hard to find. The dealership overall was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured into making a decision.
