Vincent, who is a sales manager at the dealership met me at the door and introduced me to Erik who would complete the transaction. All were extremely nice and helpful. I have purchased several new cars but this was by far the quickest, easiest and nicest buying experience at any dealership. The quote that I received via email was to the penny what I paid. No hidden or added fees. I would definitely recommend Erik, Jennifer, Vincent and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new Hyundai. More
Bamboozled HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I attempted to purchase a car put down a down payment and they let me leave with the car they wanted a little too much inf HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I attempted to purchase a car put down a down payment and they let me leave with the car they wanted a little too much information from my cosigner so she backed out I had to return the car...I got another cosigner and got the car bck 2 days later and signed a whole new contract with different payments and everything due to the new cosigner ! A few days passed and someone talked the cosigner out of it so I gave the car back I had the car less than 30 days and a month has now passed and I have still not received my down payment back ! Geo's customer service regarding my issue was horrible the people at the front desk wouldn't answer my calls geo never returns my calls and when I finally did speak to him he was very rude and they are still trying to keep my money so legal action are in progress like Geo suggested ! More

Disappointed Back in December 2013, I went to Circle Hyundai to look at a newer car as my old one was just at the end of it's life. My mother drove me up there (because I simply needed a ride) and we were both felt very well-received and satisfied with our overall experience. I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Santa Fe, which I loved. At that time, I would have recommended this dealership to anyone, simply from the customer service (Kevin Gleason was an outstanding salesman!), to the quality of the vehicles and the price. However, my experience a few days ago fell extremely short of my expectations. Last week my car was totaled when another car collided with me on the parkway due to the flash ice storm that hit my car. Naturally, when it came to time look for a new car I immediately wanted to go back to Circle Hyundai, unfortunately, I did not leave with the same overall good experience as I did a year ago. My little sister (age: 22) was nice enough to drive me (age: 24) to the dealership, seeing as I was without a car of my own, and look at a car (that I had called ahead for the day before and set up an appointment). When we first walked in, many of the employees simply looked at us and went on their way and some of them disregarded us completely. The place was pretty empty so I didn't understand why someone couldn't just ask us if we needed help. After a few minutes, a salesman finally came up to us and asked if he could help us (in a rather stand-offish tone). I explained I had made an appointment to see a specific car, and he looked rather confused and said he would try to find paperwork for it. After about 10 minutes and standing around, he finally came back with a single piece of paper, didn't say anything to us other than "how much did you see the car was for?"... I honestly couldn't remember, but the question struck me as odd and the overall attitude of the salesman was upsetting myself and my sister. The events that occurred over the next half hour did not improve our opinion of our visit. Between the car not being ready to be shown (covered in ice), the salesman not really giving me any details on the car, trying to dig answers out of him about specifics, the entire test drive he was dead silent (not even offering polite small talk), and then the overall indifference from the employees we dealt with. Even after this I decided to attempt to move forward and buy this car (as I really needed one as soon as possible to get to work). I felt as if we were not being taken seriously or that we should not be treated in a professional manner. Both my sister and I felt as if they viewed us as "two spoiled little girls that will have mommy and daddy pay for this car". When in fact, I was going to put a sizable down payment (of my own money) and finance the rest. Only after I told the salesman of this did his interest peek a little bit and his attitude change. In the end I did not purchase the car because we couldn't agree on a price, which is fine don't get me wrong, that happens when trying to purchase a car. But really even if we had settled on a price, I doubt I would have even gone through with it because of the overall customer service I received there. Maybe if I had showed up with a man or someone older than myself, I would have been treated more seriously, but I believe that just because I am a young woman I wasn't taken seriously. From now on, if I do need a new car, I will probably avoid this dealership simply from one bad experience. More

Easily got the vehicle I wanted and accommodating. I ordered a Black Ultimate with Ivory last week and the dealer didn't have one in stock so I had to wait for him to get it.... In the meantime looking at pics and owning a black car in the past I changed my mind. I decided on Empire State Gray with the Ivory. When I told my dealer he wasn't happy but said he would try to locate one for me.... Well he said he couldn't locate one and he had the black one.... Long story short I went to the dealer and looked at the black and just couldn't do it so I asked him to locate a Parisian Gray with Ivory for me and he was able to. Thank god!!!! I am very happy the way they accommodated me and would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Both Kevin and Vincent gave me the family feeling that they were on my side, for my best interest and not for just "making the sale." Most people tend to shop dealership to dealership, look no further as Circle Hyundai is the place to buy a new or used vehicle. Kevin and Vincent made sure our needs were met beyond expectations. Dealing with a family owned dealership is grand. Before stopping at Circle Hyundai, I did what the majority of people do, visit the big named dealerships that advertise "low low prices"; don't waster your time like I did, trust me. Go to the Circle Family of Dealerships first, it will be your final destination anyhow. More

We made the mistake of originally going through Freehold Hyundai. Their dealership is an experience unlike any other and one you would never want to experience for yourself. Shady salesmen, pushy management, and a clueless ownership, we regretted purchasing from them. Coincidentally my current lease was up and I gave them a second chance to right their wrongs. Boy was I fooled twice. They went to the lengths of bringing up a workers' medical condition as an excuse for their constant bumbling. I walked out of there to never return again. That's when I decided to go to Circle Hyundai, and immediately my wife and I were pleasantly shocked at the completely opposite experience we had with the entire operation. Our salesman Lou was top notch. He listened to what I wanted and provided to me what I wanted, never trying to change my mind or push another car off on me. He was very informative, even to a current Hyundai owner and pulled out all stops to ensure our happiness. The manager Scott was equally as friendly, and never tried to coerce me into purchasing something I didn't want, which can be a typical experience with finance managers. They have an impressive service department with a comfortable waiting space with WIFI & TV. We were able to close on a fair priced deal on the car I wanted and within 3 hours I was on my way with my new car. They handled everything from the turn in of my old car to making sure to setup service for my new vehicle. They even provide free oil changes for the life of the car! The manager was so nice they even told us to bring our Santa Fe there for service, and they'll honor free oil changes for the life of that car as well! And I didn't even purchase it there! That alone put a smile on my face knowing I would never have to return to Freehold Hyundai ever again. I would highly recommend going to Circle Hyundai if you want a fresh, pressure free experience from people who actually care about the seller's needs and keeps to their word! More
