I was handling a car purchase for my mother and since I am a previous customer (purchased a Tucson hybrid in November), I thought I'd give them a shot since my original experience was mostly positive. We came to an agreement on a price for a 2023 Elantra and started the paperwork with my mother's information. I explained it was inconvenient for my mother to come in that exact day, but she was excited about the new car so I said we'd be in the next day to complete the purchase. That's when my previously laid back salesman (Art) said his manager (Kevin) really wanted the paperwork completed that day. So throwing my afternoon plans aside, I drove with Art to my mother's house to get her signatures on the paperwork. Done deal, right? Art called me later that evening to say they just sold the car. He stated that since no money was exchanged it was not a finished deal. It is obvious they do not care one bit about customer satisfaction or ethics; immediate money in their hand is their only concern. They literally took a car away from a sweet, "little old lady" because it was too much to wait half a day for a check. That certainly is the best way to secure a new customer, and an even better way to treat an existing customer! Additionally, no one ever called back (like Art said they would) to try and rectify the situation. And just an FYI, Tom at Schwartz Mazda is fantastic; mom loves her new CX-5! More
Pretty disappointed with the car buying experience here. But I've read a lot in the past few years that they are trying to clean that up. I bought a Kia Telluride in 2021 from a different dealership and was overall satisfied with the experience. My experience with Circle Hyundai was disappointing on a few different fronts. My salesman was Craig, and I don't really have any gripes about him - he is doing a job. He was nice and helpful enough. First, they are charging 4k over MSRP for Palisades. They will tell you it's only 2k, but they are adding running boards to all of them and charging another 2k which is preposterous. Second, the best rate of financing they offer is 6 percent on a new car. Now, they will tell you that they just follow Hyundai Financing and that they don't make the rules... fair enough as it relates to a dealership gripe. But their fees are ridiculous. Hundreds of dollars in "doc fees" and 600 registration fee. At the end of the day, they let me walk over a difference of 30/month, which they easily could have made up by waiving their extra 2k over msrp. This was after I agreed to put more money down than I wanted, and were going to basically let them rob me on my trade. Didn't even let the manager or owner know and wasted 3.5 hours of my time. Yes, wasted, because I told the salesman the rate and monthly payment I wanted over 72 months, and he said "don't worry they will make it happen" -- to only be told by the "finance" guy that "if I knew that was your number I would have never tried to run the deal". My advice to people reading this - find a dealer that values customer loyalty and isn't taking advantage of a fluid market by price-gouging. There are plenty out there, you just have to look a little outside the area. I would not return to this dealership nor would I recommend it to anyone. More
We had the pleasure of meeting Arthur, a fantastic salesman and a wonderful human being. Was never pressured to buy a car and he actually listened to what I wanted. While I don’t look forward to car salesman and a wonderful human being. Was never pressured to buy a car and he actually listened to what I wanted. While I don’t look forward to car shopping, Arthur made this experience a truly positive one. He made you feel like family and helped me make important decisions. I would not hesitate to recommend Arthur and Circle Hyundai to my friends and family members. More

WATCH OUT for extra money added to MSRP of a new car. They say it is for a "appearance package" for 2K. This is an option and they should ask if you want the package. This was never asked. They also have been asked to prove this package was done and I still have no response. Also, check and make sure that the correct trade in value is listed on your receipt. I was shorted $1500.00. Do yourself a favor and buy SOMEWHERE ELSE. More

Seriously interested in a 2022 Santa Cruz Limited and I let the salesperson know that I had some concerns regarding the price which included dealer options that had zero value to me but came back a couple let the salesperson know that I had some concerns regarding the price which included dealer options that had zero value to me but came back a couple of times. Finally decided to make the purchase and made an appointment to finalize the deal. Unfortunately, the options had already been installed ($1999 'appearance package', $2000 for running boards and $1300 for a 2" tow hitch with a 4-pin connector) which was really not going to work for me. The salesperson offered to see what she could do and came back with a price that was still $4K over MSRP. She kept telling me that they get plenty of calls on this car, but guess that no one else wants to overpay since there are three on the lot that has been there a couple of weeks. Sorry...my business is going somewhere else. Typical car dealer...reminds me of Jerry Lundegaard in Fargo trying to push that Truecoat. Yes, I understand that there are supply and demand imbalances, but you either want to sell a car or not. More
