It is an expensive venture and not being an "expert" on cars it can be a bit overwhelming. However my experience of leasing a Hyundai at Circle Auto Group was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. And is largely due to the salesperson Carlos Gomez Sr. His approach, his non-aggressive manner, his direct and calm attitude made it a good experience. And indeed the price was great. More

Mr. Spadafora, of the finance department has been cordial and has never disappointed us and has always given us prices to fit our budget. During our many visits the owners have been welcoming and gracious and we can say the same for the many employees of the service department. Its a great place to shop for a Hyundai. More

Be glad you're not Pinocchio I am quite done with this dealership as I have had a recent experience of being overcharged for an end-of-year lease car and having been lied to by t I am quite done with this dealership as I have had a recent experience of being overcharged for an end-of-year lease car and having been lied to by the dealership and no information offered as to the reason this $99 deal turned $166 per month; a hoax at best- a great lure (or lie) at the entrance to the showroom. $99 per month lease. Sounds good, of course too good to be true, as are all the marketing schemes for big business. I am done with the lies of salesmen vs service as to oil changes at every 7500 miles or every 3000 miles. (?) I'm more than disappointed with the follow-up recorded call from George Collett after every service call who states in his message that if you need anything, just call him. I called him to speak with him, left a detailed message after my last service around June 8, and never heard a word back from him. It is now nearing the end of August. So I have good reason to be unhappy with this dealership. I do not trust that they do their 18 point check, as two days after my last oil change, the windshield wiper fluid sign flashed that I was out of fluid! How interesting that if something so obvious was not checked (and filled), how could I ever believe them to check the other 17 points? One of the girls I spoke with said most likely I had a leak in my reservoir! Really, now. Greased finger prints on the frames of the two front doors, my car was not vacuumed (maybe you don't do the back) and the car seat was so far back when I went out to my car after service, I could not reach the pedal. Also no one has been able to set up my bluetooth for years. Again, there's something wrong with my phone......This might all seem trifling, and maybe it is, but then don't promise things you don't deliver. Don't say, "Satisfaction guaranteed" because it's not. They're just good words to say to build confidence for Paul and his team. BTW, I believe it was Kevin who was our salesman. I've been livid enough to want to forget anyone who I dealt with that day. More
