First time at Circle I live in somerset. But my car broke down and had to take to Circle. I had never been there up to this point. I was politely approached by Craig Cook. I live in somerset. But my car broke down and had to take to Circle. I had never been there up to this point. I was politely approached by Craig Cook. I explained that my car was having a issue and I needed to see service. He took the time to walk me to service. After words I had to wait for my husband to get me. Craig made sure I felt at home by getting me a coffee and explaining how if there was anything he could do to please let him know. He even called me the next morning to let me know who was handling my car!! Unfortunately for Craig they fixed my car. But I will be purchasing from him in the future and will send him all my friends and family! I wish I had bought from him and Circle in the first place!!h More
