Circle Hyundai

Good Experience I knew exactly what I was coming in for and had no intention of wasting any time. Joe did convince me to at least go for a test drive with it (yes, I I knew exactly what I was coming in for and had no intention of wasting any time. Joe did convince me to at least go for a test drive with it (yes, I was actually ready to buy without driving or seeing it first.. that's how committed I was!). Unless you are rich enough to habitually carry a bag of cash around with you like a pro boxer, there is not a dealership on the planet that you are going to walk out of and not feel like you got taken a bit. Circle is no different with their document/tag/misc. fees that they lump together so you never see what you are actually paying for. On the fees alone I estimate I got taken for around $400-$500. My 8 year old Accent was dead so I really needed something so I could get to work the next day to pay for those fees, and I didn't fight or pursue it more. I will most likely return to this dealer for my next purchase though, and hopefully I'll be in a better headspace to maximize a deal. More

First time at Circle I live in somerset. But my car broke down and had to take to Circle. I had never been there up to this point. I was politely approached by Craig Cook. I live in somerset. I explained that my car was having a issue and I needed to see service. He took the time to walk me to service. After words I had to wait for my husband to get me. Craig made sure I felt at home by getting me a coffee and explaining how if there was anything he could do to please let him know. He even called me the next morning to let me know who was handling my car!! Unfortunately for Craig they fixed my car. But I will be purchasing from him in the future and will send him all my friends and family! I wish I had bought from him and Circle in the first place!!h More
