Her unrushed, hasslefree guidance enabled us to select the perfect BMW to meet our needs, price,...and desires! Mr. Brian Valentine, our Delivery Specialist, was patient and supportive while effortlessly showing us how to operate the many wonderful features our new BMW possesses. This is our second BMW from Circle...and we'll never shop elsewhere. In fact, it is the reason we decided on a BMW rather than another luxury car. This is a great dealership! The Service Department, with its dedicated and professional technicians, is clearly without equal. (We've dealt with many throughout many years, so we DO see the difference.) I had my car serviced at CircleBMW yesterday and wanted to share my feedback. I have to tell you that I've never received that level of superior service from ANY car company that I've dealt with in the pa to share my feedback. I have to tell you that I've never received that level of superior service from ANY car company that I've dealt with in the past, and most of the companies that I've bought/leased from in the past have been luxury car companies (never a BMW though). Every person that I dealt with from the time I checked in the car to the time that I picked up my car was courteous and professional. I just bought the vehicle pre-owned and had a number of questions/concerns (about 4 pages worth of stuff) and CircleBMW addressed every one of them. I was especially happy with a technician calling me to clarify what I meant with one of my issues (rather than just pretending to look at it and doing nothing with it). I had a great experience with the salesman who sold me the car (David Laconte) and I was very happy to see that the service department at CircleBMW did as great a job! More

I have always had a great experience and I would strongly recommend this dealership to both family and friends. They are courteous, caring and give you what they promise. I enjoy using my courtesy car when I do get service. It is fun to drive different models. A BMW is a new experience to us, so we relied on Jackie to explain some of the numerous features of the vehicle. Her courtesy and professionalism was excellent. It was only a short offer and counteroffer regimen wherein we reached our agreed to sales price. I thought it was really reasonable considering the excellent condition of the vehicle. We are happy, and I suspect we will be a repeat Circle BMW customer based on our current experience and excellent pricing of our new [to us] 545I. Everything was explained to us clearly and we were not pressured on any aspect of additional coverage/protection. We are really happy. More

I recently leased my second BMW from Circle BMW. Once again, it was a most pleasant experience. My original inquiry was sent via email as I was responded to within 24 hours. My schedule can be a bit hectic, but Mr. Richardson was very accomdating and I had no problem scheduling an appointment at my leisure. Once there, I did not feel pressured or rushed. In fact, the salesman just let me ask my questions and let me go through the decision making process at my own pace. As with my first experience, financing was a breeze and I was able to do much of the paperwork via fax. Even though as I stated before I was most satisfied with my first leasing experience with Circle BMW...I did do some shopping around online with other dealerships in NJ. I found that I did receive receive responses to my inquiries..but not in a timely fashion and I could not get a correspondance that simply answered my questions and provided me with numbers. All I seemed to get was a lot of phone messages saying, 'I have the information you requested...please call me back" When I did return calls, I didn't get any specific information. So, if you are looking to be treated honestly and fairly and are looking for the best prices around..you need to look no further than Circle BMW. Good luck! More
