Thank you Service Department - AGAIN! I had to have my 2011 328i towed to Circle on a Sunday night. As I was driving to work the 'Service Engine Light' came on and there was some hesitatin I had to have my 2011 328i towed to Circle on a Sunday night. As I was driving to work the 'Service Engine Light' came on and there was some hesitating and misfiring. I called the BMW 24-7 service number and they had my car picked up from my job in Seaside Heights and dropped at Circle in Eatontown within an hour. Chris Paserba called me Monday morning before I even had a chance to call them! He let me know they had my car and would keep me updated. He let me know if there were parts that may not be available the same day he would get me a loaner car if needed and assured me I would have my car back by the end of the week. My car needed several parts. Chris called me Wednesday. He told me they had gotten all the parts needed, and my car would be done in a couple hours. I let him know how concerned I was about what was still under warranty and what wasn't and what the costs would be. He reassured me that everything was covered, that I shouldn't worry anything and they would take care of everything. Chris' professionalism, caring manner and excellent communication is exactly why I am so grateful to have Circle BMW as my dealership. Thanks Chris and the team in the service department. This was not the first time I've brought my vehicle to Circle for service since I purchased it from them. I have always been well taken care of and have been made to feel like a valued customer.
