While my wife and I sat there, Robert found us the exact car we wanted, arranged our trade-in, updated our registration and insurance coverage, all while we took the car for a test drive. Frank Picone stopped by as he has in the past to make sure we were getting the best deal. Tony Carneiro handled the finance with great efficiency and great humor. We drove home very excited with the new luxury SUV and our experience with Circle BMW. We have also been very pleased with BMW sales and service over the past 6 years.
