Stopped in the dealership to check out used inventory and left with a nice used X3. Found the staff to be very helpful in a non-pressurized environment. Heck, even the cleaning staff seemed to enjoy working left with a nice used X3. Found the staff to be very helpful in a non-pressurized environment. Heck, even the cleaning staff seemed to enjoy working there. My direct Salesman was Kevin Prull and I found him to be very knowledgeable , honest and laid back. Again, no pressure. I feel like I overpaid a little for this car and would have loved to have them remove two pop dents from the door but overall the facility, staff, attached vehicle warranty and overall reputation of the dealership compensated for the difference. I will definitely keep them in mind next year when my M4 gets up there in miles and I start to shop around next year. Highly recommend !! More

I only gave them 4 stars though because of a recent experience with the repair of damage done to my car in an accident. I took my car in on December 8. About 10 days later a service rep from Circle called to update me. Because of the pandemic, some of the parts needed to repair my car were backordered as they were stuck in Germany. I was given a potential completiondate of late January, early February. As time got closer, I began to call for updates. Around the last week of January I was told that they still needed 3 parts, but that maybe the car could be made drivable within a week or two. So beginning the week of Jan. 31 I began to call the service rep for updates; it took at least two calls get a call back with no further information. By the week of Feb. 14, after 3 calls not returned, i emailed the Service manager and got an immediate response. In addition he connected me to the garage where the repair had been outsourced - the garage manager has been superiour with her communication. So here were are, over 11 weeks later and my car is almost done. No, it could not be made drivable - the last part needed is a hose. Unfortunately they are unable to identify the exact hose that is needed...Today i was told that they tried 2 hoses already and are waiting for a 3rd...after that, they aren't sure what they can do. To say the least, i am extremely frustrated. I have a 35 mile one way daily commute; my insurance covered 30 days of a rental. The remainder of the time i have been borrowing cars. I certainly understand the inability to get the parts - no one could have changed that. The fact that the missing hose can't be identified is stymies me. After this experience, though I LOVE my BMW, I may think again before purchsing a car that is dependent upon imported parts for repair. This is not the fault Circle BMW - i would only encourage more communication, even if it's not positive. More

Danny is upfront, honest and knowledgeable not only about the vehicles but also the leasing and finance numbers all of which helps save a tremendous amount of time for the customer. In the end, the experience with Danny was so good that 2 days later I went back and ended up leasing a second vehicle through him. More

Danny Wong made my most recent purchase of my 540i an exceptional experience. My first visit involved ordering my car. Danny was prepared with all of the information we discussed via emails. Once my car arrived Danny had the paperwork ready and completed very quickly. We were able to spend our time on going over the cars features. I recommend Circle BMW. More
