Needed a new car for my back surgery and I spoke with Tathiana E. Carrasco at circle bmw about getting into a 840i convertible. She’s a very good listener and took the time to repeat things as I’m deaf and she went above and beyond making sure I could hear everything about the sage, options, financing and it was truly a lovely experience.
