Needed a new tire, have the tire package. Sales Rep Titihana was helpful and easy to work with through the process of purchasing my leased vehicle . The only thing that I would have preferred was the option to waive the $500 service fee mandat through the process of purchasing my leased vehicle . The only thing that I would have preferred was the option to waive the $500 service fee mandated by Circle BMW which I found did not warrant since I was buying the vehicle and it should have been at my discretion if I chose to have the vehicle serviced prior to the buyout. The vehicle was under warranty for the duration of lease, If there was anything wrong that required servicing I would have brought in the vehicle. I have leased vehicles in the past with other dealers and at the end of the lease purchased the vehicle with out incurring a $500 servicing vehicle. BMW should reconsider how they manage this fee and allow the customer to have the option to opt out. Thank you. More
