DONT BUY FROM THEM! 1. A day after I got a 2020 car they DONT BUY FROM THEM! 1. A day after I got a 2020 car they called and said I have to redo all paperwork because they messed up the price 2. Few days DONT BUY FROM THEM! 1. A day after I got a 2020 car they called and said I have to redo all paperwork because they messed up the price 2. Few days later they called AGAIN because they messed up the VIN number on all the paperwork and I had to redo all of the paperwork AGAIN (3rd time doing the paperwork) 3. They dont give me the full deal that was posted on the VW website although I qualified! They gave the 0% interest and NOT the first 4 months delay on first payment. The excuse is that the salesman didn't give me an additional form for it. I'm not a sales man and I dont know what paperwork they have for me, I simply signed what they gave me. I literally showed the salesman the screen shot of the deal i wanted when i went there to make the purchase More

I bought a car from them. Always had them do my service. B,ut when I had a problem not covered under warranty, Management washed their hands of me. They didn't even bother to make me an offer for another ve B,ut when I had a problem not covered under warranty, Management washed their hands of me. Fabulous Service and then some! I was in a panic about getting a second key made after being promised the key from another dealer. After three weeks of getting the run around from th I was in a panic about getting a second key made after being promised the key from another dealer. After three weeks of getting the run around from the other dealer, the employees at Ciocca solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was so courteous and helpful from Ruby, who answered the phone, to the service person who handled the order and also the service people who took care of us the day the key was actually programmed. They took my stressful situation and did everything they could to make it a wonderful experience. I would recommend their service department to anyone! I will definitely check out their cars the next time I am in the market for a vehicle just because of the stupendous customer service! More
