All I can say is READ THE FINE PRINT. I was told I would be paying $2,900 for my warranty and $800 for my GAP insurance. After sitting in a dealership for multiple hours and being excited about a new car an be paying $2,900 for my warranty and $800 for my GAP insurance. After sitting in a dealership for multiple hours and being excited about a new car and discussing numbers and prices for some time, it’s time to sign the paperwork. By this time you’re ready to leave and you don’t think the finance guy is going to be straight up lying to your face. They had me signing an electronic pad while they quickly explained what my signature was for. Now I am looking back at the paperwork and I was in fact charged $3,700 for my warranty and $995 for my GAP insurance. Finding this is very amusing to me because once I realized how much of a scam warranties are (this is how the company makes their biggest profit, they refer to it as the “back end”) I went in to cancel my warranty. They were giving me a hard time cancelling, kept reminding me how my monthly payment wasn’t going to go down (I WAS NOT HAVING TROUBLE MAKING MY MONTHLY PAYMENT SO THIS WAS STARTING TO BE INSULTING). Finally, after many calls, hassle and going back and forth, I get it cancelled. I wasn’t given ANY paperwork proof that it was cancelled nor was I told how much I was getting back. It took multiple phone calls to get Jesse on the phone and to actually give answers and documented proof. I did decide to keep my GAP insurance just to be safe, but I was still refunded over 3k on my loan. I found that interesting because I was told my warranty was less than 3k and I had had it for about 6 months already. (Yes, you can go in and cancel your warranty at any time! You don’t get cash or a lower monthly payment, but YOU DO get a lower total loan amount). This place does not feel bad for LYING OR SCAMMING YOU. And to top this all off, the person they had me go with to cancel my warranty, wasn’t the same person that set it up. I highly recommend you do not shop with Ciocca, I highly doubt this is the only location doing this. They love to use phrases such as “I would have my family do this, I would even recommend my sister to do it”. They act like they care about you and have your best interest in mind. This is SALES, these people are greedy and only care about the quick buck they are going to get in their pocket. This review? I am not making a dollar off of it, I am just giving you guys free game and free advice. DON’T LET THEM TALK MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO YOU, make them talk purchase price and interest percentage, know your credit score and be familiar with fair interest rates based on your score, these places increase your interest rates from what a bank approves you for so they can get more money in their pocket! I will NEVERRRRRR buy a car from Ciocca again, I am very disappointed! I bought this car from someone I thought I could trust! It’s not just the sales person, it’s the finance manager as well. And the sales manager wasn’t the friendliest either to top it all off, he was rude and demeaning. The first photo is what the finance manager said to me and I wrote it down right in front of him, the next two are the pages with my electronic signature (I never actually got to look and review this page with my own two eyes)! How this is even legal is beyond me, I should reach out to a lawyer. More

Even provided us with an extended test drive to make sure we were comfortable and had all our questions answered. When we got back to the lot, he was thorough in explaining every step of the buying process and did his best to make sure we could leave with the perfect family car. Would recommend and WILL recommend Louis and the Ciocca VW dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More

This is the second car I purchased from Ciocca. I was recently in an accident that totaled my first Atlas, purchased in October 2020. Frank, Louis and the staff were extremely accommodating and dilige recently in an accident that totaled my first Atlas, purchased in October 2020. Frank, Louis and the staff were extremely accommodating and diligent in finding me the exact same car that was previously destroyed. They were sympathetic to my situation and I believe they went out of their way to make this purchase very smooth. More
