We bought a new 2023 Tiguan and are pleased thus far (2 weeks). Santiago was nice and professional. This dealership is not good at all. From the sales department to the service department. I will not be returning back to this dealership or referring this dealership. From the beginning From the sales department to the service department. I will not be returning back to this dealership or referring this dealership. From the beginning there were issues with the vehicle. I called them and told them immediately. The did help compensate for the issue. But now they’re charging 170 a hour to just look at the car. Not only that but the customer service is not good or helpful whatsoever. Normally I don’t write reviews but it’s been months with no anssistance and Ciocca Volkswagen has definitely lost a customer! Bad experience with them from the beginning More

I recently had a problem with the the service schedulers at Ciocca Volkswagen. I had a warning light appear on my dash of my 2019 Volkswagen Beetle which turned out to be some type of engine malfunction wa at Ciocca Volkswagen. I had a warning light appear on my dash of my 2019 Volkswagen Beetle which turned out to be some type of engine malfunction warning. I was advised not to drive the car until it was serviced. The schedulers gave me an appointment for two weeks in the future. I said that couldn’t I have an appointment sooner as I would have no transportation for that period of time. They basically said no. I suggested that they talk with the Service Department. After about 10 minutes they finally did contact the Service Manager and were able to get an appointment for me in two business days. This definitely is not an indication that as their advertising suggests that customers are their priority. More
