We were stressed, tired, and had countless meetings and errands to plan for insurance adjustors, recovery plans, and replacement of my VW EOS. Because I liked my EOS and hated to see it go, I decided to replace it with a new vehicle. I found working with Norm Hughes and Rose Reinhard to be pleasant, easy, and stress free. They helped find a selection of EOS cars for me, including used and new vehicles. They didn't pressure for a sale, and found several acceptable options for financing. Both were responsive, quick, and helpful! When it came time to take delivery of the car, the sales manager and others were quite helpful and welcoming to us. We were easily able to work out terms for early delivery of the car, even before we received our settlement check on the totaled vehicle I was replacing. Overall,I recommend this dealer because what is normally a stressful experience (selecting and arranging for financing for a car) because a casual task, and they took care of the details. More

Dealership is HUSBAND APPROVED!!! My husband was dead set against my buying a Beetle...but upon visiting the showroom, seeing the quality of the vehicle (he remembered the old 1960s vehicles), speaking w set against my buying a Beetle...but upon visiting the showroom, seeing the quality of the vehicle (he remembered the old 1960s vehicles), speaking with the salesman, he was SOLD! The entire experience was incredible. Everyone was very welcoming. We were offered test drives in whichever vehicles we wanted. Every inch of the vehicle was described to us. Even the financing experience was incredible. I walked in the door at 3:30 PM to test drive a vehicle and drove off the lot with my new Beetle at 5:55 PM! Incredible!!
