Trevor was incredibly nice when we arrived at the dealership, but the car I was looking for was not yet available. He promised to call when it came in. A week later, he still hadn't called, but the price of the car had suddenly increased on the website by $2000. We decided to drop by and see what was going on. The car was there and available. When we asked Rich, the sales manager, about the price change, he became completely defensive and almost hostile, then finally agreed to work with us on the original price. He did not, however, ask us if we were ready to negotiate. When we called the next day with an offer, he asked us to come in and negotiate on Monday. However, we called the dealership with a question on Monday only to find that it was Rich's day off. We left a message and our call has still not been returned. Having both bought cars from Faulkner-Ciocca VW in the past, my husband and I had both hoped to buy our next cars there. However, during to the complete lack of response from the sales team, we were forced to take our business elsewhere. Happily, we have both found excellent vehicles at other locations. More

When I traded my car in and got into the new Jetta the salesman, Norm Hughes, and the guys in the little credit room reaffirmed that I didn't owe anything to the lease that I was trading in if I went with a new lease and that everything was taken care of. 9 months later and 5 trips back to the dealership I'm getting treated more rudely than my boss treats me when he's pissed and they tell me they're going to re-nig on the agreement, although NORM clearly remembers the agreement and has reaffirmed the agreement. VW Corporate eventually settled the matter with me for a settlement payment of $200 out of $1600. This dealership has forever lost my respect and customer loyalty. As far as what VW engineers did to the 2013 model... I will NEVER buy VW again... They ruined my favorite car. More
Absolutely speechless I came to Faulkner-Ciocca Volkswagen because they had the best internet sale price for a 2014 Wolfsburg Edition GTI in the area. As a 2008 Rabbit owne I came to Faulkner-Ciocca Volkswagen because they had the best internet sale price for a 2014 Wolfsburg Edition GTI in the area. As a 2008 Rabbit owner the GTI has always been a dream car of mine. But I never in a million years would've guessed that I'd ever be able to afford one. It was only out of boredom that I decided to pay this dealership a visit on a Saturday afternoon. Norm greeted me at the showroom floor right away. He was very friendly and eager to help out with any questions I had. Being a 6-year VW fan I was surprised by how much he knew about the cars (including upcoming models). He got me on a test drive, and right away I was hooked with the biggest smile on my face as the GTI's engine roared onto the freeway. But all fun things had to come to an end, and before I knew it we were back at the dealership negotiating prices. I had zero expectations. I told him truthfully that I probably couldn't afford one and that I didn't want to waste his time any further. He gave me a look of surprise and asked if I could wait just a moment while he spoke with his boss. He came back and made an offer. Long story short my jaw dropped from the figures written in front of me. I told him I needed time to think about it, and without any pressure whatsoever he gave it to me. I came back 3 days later, still feeling a little skeptical. I thought some bait and switch tricks were being pulled on me. Years of bad dealership experiences had made me cynical. But it turns out I was completely wrong. That cynicism melted away when I saw the final papers in front of me. They sincerely honored their end of the deal without any hassle whatsoever! On top of that I walked out the door with an extended warranty and still remained well below the advertised sale price. They did everything humanly possible to accommodate my budget. I can honestly say that I've never experienced such a painless (even fun!) car buying experience my entire life. Nobody paid me to write any of this and this isn't some fake account. I took the time to write this on my own free time, because I figured it was the least I could do to repay Norm (and the dealership) for their generosity. More
Truly a great experience with the dealership. Everyone there has been customer centric. My sales experience with Trevor was exceptional enough for me to return for a second car. Mind you that I've been a there has been customer centric. My sales experience with Trevor was exceptional enough for me to return for a second car. Mind you that I've been a Ford owner/customer for over 20 years. We purchased a new Jetta TDI then returned to purchase a new Passat TDI. Service department is also top notch, Carolyn is uber friendly and takes care of her customers. More
If you’re looking for a car-buying experience encompassing customer service, mutual respect, or general understanding, you won’t find it at Faulkner-Ciocca Volkswagon on the Lehigh Street Auto Mi encompassing customer service, mutual respect, or general understanding, you won’t find it at Faulkner-Ciocca Volkswagon on the Lehigh Street Auto Mile. As a consumer who diligently does research prior to any type of large purchase, I visited Faulkner-Ciocca on numerous occasions before deciding to purchase a vehicle from one of the most friendly and helpful salesman I’ve ever met, Dave. Upon arriving at the dealership for a scheduled appointment with Dave, I found that he was busy but did not mind waiting for him to finish with other customers. While waiting, another salesman whom I had previously (and very briefly) met with prior approached and greeted me and announced he would be taking over the sale. I did not care for this salesman originally, which is why I had chosen to buy with Dave. This particular salesman had me wait at his desk while he went and found a manager who came out and immediately demanded to know why I did not want to do business with his salesman. From my past car-buying experience, it should not matter which salesman I am purchasing a car from, from a manger’s perspective. Especially when said salesman was rude, pushy, and insensitive to my car-buying needs. After explaining this to the manager, he rudely threw my keys on the desk and told me to ‘buy a car elsewhere.’ At the end of the day, the customer’s needs should matter more than commission and the bottom line to any business should be to make a customer happy and see them walk out the door with a purchase and experience they are happy with. You will find nothing like that at Faulkner-Ciocca. Dave was wonderful to work with, I would recommend him to anyone (if he were working at a different dealership.) More
First, the reason this experience was okay and not worse was because of the other employees that showed me respect and valued my business - Ron Lelcht, Alex Szasz and the Finance Group. The person I dealt was because of the other employees that showed me respect and valued my business - Ron Lelcht, Alex Szasz and the Finance Group. The person I dealt with the most, Iad Antonios, was very condescending. If it was not for the other employees, I doubt I would have purchased the vehicle. Ron Lelcht and Alex S. helped ease my frustration with Iad, which made a difference. Iad made a rude facial gesture and at one point said I ask too many questions (yes, he really said that). He is one person and I hope this is not a regular occurrence. I want to thank the other employees for their respect toward me as a customer. I would possibly recommend this dealership, but it would be with a Iad-Disclaimer. More
I bought a new VW Jetta in May of this year. The Faulkner Ciocca dealership touted that they sell you great service and they stand by their cars. After 5 months of ownership the air bag light went on. I took Ciocca dealership touted that they sell you great service and they stand by their cars. After 5 months of ownership the air bag light went on. I took the car in for servicing which took over 2 hours. They told me that the repairs were made after several diagnostic checks were done. I had to take a sick day in order to meet their service hours. After about 3 hours of driving the air bag light came back on. The dealership told me to bring the new car back again. I was not pleased because I feel they already had a chance to fix the car once. I talked to the service manager who was of no help at all. He made me feel as if it was my fault. I took that car back to the dealership and they said they would have to have the car overnight. I asked for a loaner vehicle because I had a feeling that this would not be a 1 day fix. I was right. After 3 days the dealership called back and said the car was ready. DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. Once you leave the dealership you are basically on your own. More
Today I contacted the service dept for a small repair, something I couldn't do myself. I was expecting to make an appointment, but was told to come right in. They had it fixed in ten minutes and I was on something I couldn't do myself. I was expecting to make an appointment, but was told to come right in. They had it fixed in ten minutes and I was on my way. This uncommonly generous experience made my afternoon. Thanks, Rob. More
My experience purchasing my vehicle at Faulkner-Ciocca was great! The customer service was the best I've experienced; from the salesman, to the Manager. They have a extensive knowledge of Volkswagen and was great! The customer service was the best I've experienced; from the salesman, to the Manager.
