I reached out and worked with the dealership, setting up an appointment for the following morning. When I walked into the dealership I was met by Travis. The car we selected was out for detailing and a wash. Travis walked me through the process in an approachable, professional manner. The Finance team took their time to explain the ins and outs of financing. Though it took a little longer than I initially expected, I was very satisfied with the service and will recommend the dealership, and Travis specifically, to anyone looking for a Volkswagen. More

worst service ever! I changed dealerships thinking that this dealer would be different, and wow I thought wrong. Listen I have had problems with my car since day one of purchase and thinking they would would at least help but no. With having paid $27,000 for a car they should be catering to me and my needs. Would not recommend this dealer for service anyday! They told me my car was complete and ready for pick up when arrive there was part pieces still laying on my floor and not even installed, does any higher management check there mechanics work guess not had to take my rental back home which is 45 minutes away and and return the next day still with different part pieces still not installed and all I got was a sorry from the service manager. More

Car Buying Blues Well I bought a 2011 VW Jetta from these guys on Friday 10-10-2014 and the check engine and EPC lights came on in dash on Friday evening , took the ca Well I bought a 2011 VW Jetta from these guys on Friday 10-10-2014 and the check engine and EPC lights came on in dash on Friday evening , took the car back to the dealer the next morning and was told by some girl at the counter to take a seat (she didn't write anything up?) so I walked in to the MGR who promised they would take care of me , well they didn't , I got the car back yesterday Tuesday 10-14-2014 , they say they fixed the problem , but after all the inconvenience and them promising that they would make it right , they gave me one extra oil change and that to me is just an insult . I will never return there for anything and would suggest that others who don't want to be ripped off stay away from them as well they really do have a superior attitude and don't care one bit about their customers and they have proved it once again , I will be going to their local competition as I hear they are much better (Gilboy) and Faulkner Ciocca owners can choke on the blood money cause that's what it is my blood and tears and they took that to give only more tears > NEVER AGAIN , NEVER !!!!! More
Very belittling. Made my business feel inferior. I requested a price quote from their internet sales representative Tina and she belittled me and made me feel inferior. Poor business representatives with no conscious and a demeaning nature. By the look of other reviews they just don't care. In addition to the pevious review, I have to add she even e-mailed me back to argue with me about my impression of our interaction instead of just taking the humble approach and asking for another opportunity to win my business the next time I am in the market she took on a defensinve posture. Customer service training must be different where she comes from. More
Completely Unresponsive We went to Faulkner VW looking for a new 2015 GTI for my husband and a used Golf for me. Trevor was incredibly nice when we arrived at the dealership, but the car I was looking for was not yet available. He promised to call when it came in. A week later, he still hadn't called, but the price of the car had suddenly increased on the website by $2000. We decided to drop by and see what was going on. The car was there and available. When we asked Rich, the sales manager, about the price change, he became completely defensive and almost hostile, then finally agreed to work with us on the original price. He did not, however, ask us if we were ready to negotiate. When we called the next day with an offer, he asked us to come in and negotiate on Monday. However, we called the dealership with a question on Monday only to find that it was Rich's day off. We left a message and our call has still not been returned. Having both bought cars from Faulkner-Ciocca VW in the past, my husband and I had both hoped to buy our next cars there. However, during to the complete lack of response from the sales team, we were forced to take our business elsewhere. Happily, we have both found excellent vehicles at other locations. More
