I had a trade but my credit was not the greatest. I had already done an online credit app so maybe 30 mins later a manager came up to me and said congratulations. I was happy but shocked at the same time. I did not want to put any money down except for my trade in. Sarah was able to get me the car with Zero down. They made sure I walked out with the car with terms I agreed on of course. Jeremy in finance was also helpful, he explained everything in detail. I will definitely purchase again as soon as my other car is ready to be traded in. More

Three were already sold, one didn't have the transmission I wanted and the only one that had what I wanted in stock was Ciocca. I initially dealt with Tina via telephone and text. She went out of her way to answer any questions I through at her . I was introduced to Sarah once I entered the dealership. She was very easy to relate to and was very knowledgeable in the features of the Golf R. She introduced me to other members of the staff and helped put my uneasiness around Salespeople to rest. I would have no problem referring any friends or relatives looking for a VW to Sarah. More

My first contact with the internet sales department was great . They located the exact car and color I wanted . My sales associate was Sarah , and she was fantastic ! Jason , the sales manager was so nice , and really pleasant to deal with . Not your typical sales manager or dealership. Just a great bunch of people . I drove 1 1/2 hrs. to this dealership. The vw dealer less than half a mile from my house couldn't do the deal Ciocca did!!!!!! Would buy again in a minute. No reservations , and I love the Tiguan !!!! Beats out any Japanese car !! More

And Passat limited is worth buying for its build and price with recent VW promotion and rebate. The salesman, Brian, is young but experienced and professional. Test drive is also very nice. In all, they didn't give me any surprise and they are not only nice but straightforward and honest. They didn't put a lot of pressure on me. I have nothing to complain. Maybe, I feel like I paid too much for my tire and wheel protection, which makes me wanna cancel it. Anyway, it is my own decision to purchase it at that moment. More
