Both Bill and Jack made me feel very comfortable. I got letter in mail that said I could get new GTI for essentially the same payments as I was paying on my '08 GTI even though it was not paid off, and Bil letter in mail that said I could get new GTI for essentially the same payments as I was paying on my '08 GTI even though it was not paid off, and Bill accomplished that. Jack did the financial part- he made it easy and non-stressful. Also, Bill made sure I got the car back in a timely manner for the 3M coating for the hood,etc. THANKS, GUYS!!! More

I have never had so much fun test driving and signing my life away haha. Dave and me just clicked, he knew how bad I wanted the vw gti autobahn and he got me a great deal on it. Dave never failed to answer my questions and took time almost ever other day to teach me and show me about the gti. Everything was completed fast and on time. The day I drove it off the lot it was cleaned beyond my satisfaction for being a brand new car. Even days after the sale Dave continually asks how's it going and if there's any problems. I plan on doing some parts bussiness there in the future and I'm hoping I get the same results even if it's not dealing with Dave. I have not one complaint about Dave the car or any of the sales and parts people I talked to. They were just as excited as I was. Thank you do much! More
