When I purchased my last VW Jetta in 2009 the sales people truly left me with a very uncomfortable feeling. I felt rushed to make a decision and felt that the sales people and manager were not complet people truly left me with a very uncomfortable feeling. I felt rushed to make a decision and felt that the sales people and manager were not completely honest with me. In the service department I was told my car needed items, but infact it did not and ended up purchasing things that were not necessary and so I began going to another VW dealer for my service. Recently I received a promotion letter and thought I would go into Faulkner VW and see what they had to offer and then go to another dealer to buy a car. Needless to say I was pleasantly suprised. From the moment I entered the dealership I was not rushed at all. They were interested to know what my past experience was and what my current needs were regarding a new car. We talked about lease options as well as purchase senarios. I also found out that there were some changes in management and service management. These changes I think have made Faulkned VW a better dealership and much more customer friendly. I walked in with the intention of only looking, but ended up leasing a band new 2012 VW Jetta SE. I am very happy with the price and deal we were able to make. Most of all there was an honesty and a trust I felt that was not there in my last car purchase. This is the 7th Volkeswagon I have owned. I know the brand and I've delt with several dealerships in the past, but Faulkner seems to have made a complete turn about since my last purchase in 2009. I really have nothing negative to say about this experience. They were Awesome! I would highly recommend this dealership. I am actually looking forward to my first service department visit! I was in the market for third row vehicles and finally landed at Faulkner-Ciocca VW. I couldn't be more please with the whole experience. As soon as I walked on the lot I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy from Norm Hughes. They had the perfect Routan in stock which had all the features I needed for my family. The "number process" was easy. Mike Jones the Finance manager was extremely knowledgable and helped me understand the finance process best suited for me and my driving habits. I have bought many cars in the past and no one has every been so thorough with the paperwork. After finishing with Mike my car was detailed and placed in the showroom ready to go. Norm set up all my features for me and went over the car with me. In conclusion, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and have already referred family and friends! You and others had to find a red 2012 Beetle with a sunroof and heated seats from a dealership in NJ and bring it to Allentown. The finance department worked all the paper work by phone and fax. After being detailed for delivery, you and Anthony brought it 30 miles to my house and presented me with the keys. It is beautiful! It has a full tank of gas! Our tensions were immediately relieved through the conversations we had with Tim over the next few days -- so much so that I had no hesitation in flying 8 states away to meet with him. It took no time at all to finalize the agreement (where he was even able to beat the financing we had personally obtained). His commitment to customer service proved even greater than I imagined when he personally picked me up from the airport and then guided me to the interstate after the dealership had closed. We are beyond satisfied with Tim and feel very confident in our purchase. More
