I leased my first new car 4 years ago; a 2008 Rabbit from Faulkner-Ciocca. At the time, I was working in the area, so it was the dealership that was most convenient. I made the trip back up to Allentown rather than head to the one closest to me because I felt comfortable with the attention I'd get at Faulkner-Ciocca, and I was not disappointed. Norm was relaxed, friendly, and professional. I was able to make a decision about another lease without pressure, and I drove away in a new red Jetta and a slightly lower monthly payment. I would definitely recommend Faulkner-Ciocca to my friends and family; as a matter of fact, my husband is now considering a Volkswagen, and when the time comes, I'm sure we'll head back up. This is the second time I've purchased a vehicle from Faulkner-Ciocca, and I have regularly had my vehicle serviced there. One incident that I especially remember is when the hood on my Jetta wouldn't close completely after I stopped to check the oil on my way home from work (it was about 5:00). I drove over to FCVW to see if there was anyone who could fix the latch or at least give me a bungee cord to hold it down until I could get the car there when the garage was open. A mechanic, who was literally locking up and on his way home, graciously spent about a half hour diagnosing the problem and then fixing it, and didn't even charge me for his service. I was really impressed by that. I would recommend FCVW to anyone interested in purchasing a VW in the Lehigh Valley. More

If you're seriously in the market for a VW product, give Faulkner a shot. I have another VW dealer much closer to my home but I went to Faulkner based on reputation. They did not disappoint. More
