Service after the sale was non-existant. While at the dealership, we were promissed seal lubricant and the Navigation DVD through the mail for our '07 Eos. They said they couldn't get it for us that day dealership, we were promissed seal lubricant and the Navigation DVD through the mail for our '07 Eos. They said they couldn't get it for us that day because the parts department had already closed. Needless to say, we never recieved the seal lubricant or the Navigation DVD, even after a few phone calls and emails to our sales professional, the parts manager, and the general manager at the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who needs any type of service after the purchase of their vehicle. More

Alex is the man. I'm pretty sure he was leaving for lunch as I came in around 12:30 and I probably didn't leave until 5. So, even malnourished, Alex was kind and helpful.
