First of all, Ciocca scheduled my appointment quickly and worked within my limited schedule. Andrew was courteous, and patiently explained the problem with my hitch (which I mistakenly thought was the car's worked within my limited schedule. And gave me estimates for when I am ready to bring it in. All information that I am very grateful for! I received my car back washed and ready to go in exactly the amount of time he had estimated .
