I brought my car in for service for alerts on our Rav 4 . Car was finished and was told the sensors were cleaned and it was good to go. Left dealership and got about 10 miles away and same alerts came up. Pu Car was finished and was told the sensors were cleaned and it was good to go. Left dealership and got about 10 miles away and same alerts came up. Pulled into a parking lot and called service. Went through the automation and left message to be called. Waited 15 minutes and recalled. Got through automation again and left message once again. I decided since I was getting no response to just drive back. It was bothersome that I waited then drove back and never did get called back. Second time they discovered what I am hoping is the correct problem and ordered the part. I understand that I am not their only customer but they should have been prompt with their call back . Hope next experience is better. More

an hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. I asked Travis how much longer because I had a meeting I had to get to and he said not too much longer. It was an additional rotation is ridiculous. I asked Travis how much longer because I had a meeting I had to get to and he said not too much longer. It was an additional 25 minutes after that. I'm not satisfied and will probably go somewhere else moving forward even if I have to pay for it. More
