When you tell the service writer at least 5 times not to do an oil change because you just did one and to just do recall and rotate tires. When he told me they did one anyway I was pissed. The mechanics only do what the repair order says. So then it's the writers fault because RO says to do an oil change. I hope he made his couple dollar commission because I'm done with the dealership. He has a smirk on his face when he told me oil change was done under 2 yr maintenance included with the purchase and it didn't cost anything anyway. That's not the point , you did something I specifically told you not to at least 5 times before you did the RO. More
