Service center recommended getting a new car as ours required more in repairs than it's worth.. Service center informed the sales team that we were waiting for someone to contact us to start looking at required more in repairs than it's worth.. I appreciated their willingness to work with another Toyota dealership in diagnosing and fixing a problem with a front seat so I would not have to travel to Malvern, PA.They gave me an early appt.12/26 Toyota dealership in diagnosing and fixing a problem with a front seat so I would not have to travel to Malvern, PA.They gave me an early appt.12/26 which I accepted and chose to drive back early from family event in NJ (had early evening plans with other family from CA 12/26 and assumed my car would be ready to pick up around 2pm ) They did not call me about my car except to leave a message that I had missed my appointment and would I like to reschedule! I expected that the payment details were worked out between Joelan and Dennis(Malvern service rep). Andy would not release my car until a payment was received. Did not call me back Thurs late afternoon to tell me status. I drove in to speak to a Supervisor, all had left. My plans canceled with family Thurs night. Again I needed to wait for my car at Ciocca on Friday until calls made to Malvern Toyota and to Manager at Ciocca to release car. I sure hope no one would have to go through this in the future! Good lesson learned, will not trust that details are worked out between Dealerships and not sure what I should have done before hand to prevent this VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE! After leaving with my car, I needed to return since the passenger seatbelt alarm malfunctioned. Thank you for addressing problem and recalibrating it in a timely manner and thank you for then offering to wash my very dirty car. More
