I was Ralphina’s first sale, but never once did I feel like the other employees working there weren’t willing to help her and I with any questions we had. Marissa really helped us get things together and like the other employees working there weren’t willing to help her and I with any questions we had. Marissa really helped us get things together and she made me feel very comfortable. Ralphina is such a sweet person as well, even going as far as to come in on her day off because she knew I’d had a bad experience with another dealer and wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted. She even sat out in my car with me to make sure all of my devices connected to the car and brought me a bottle of water before I left for my long drive home. You never think of sales people being thoughtful, but she is!! Lastly, she kept in touch with me to make sure I was able to work with Hyundai and get the car switched to my name so I could use the mobile app. I could tell she really cared and I wasn’t just a “sale” to her. Marissa Tomasella is hands down the KINDEST and most thoughtful salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with to purchase a vehicle. After driving past it every day for those two months I decided it was time to stop in and see if we could work out a deal. Thats exactly what happened.
