Couple things, 1) usually when I get inspection and an oil change they fill the window washer fluid, I was completely out, but since I knew I was coming in I figured you'd replace it as part of the servic oil change they fill the window washer fluid, I was completely out, but since I knew I was coming in I figured you'd replace it as part of the service. It was still empty when I tried to wash off some of the dead bugs on my windshield, which brings me to my second point... 2) In the past they usually washed your car after any service appointment, they did not do that this visit. 4) which brings me to check out - as part of my purchase of my Toyota from Fairfield I was promised free Inspections, you have always honored that in the past. This time it was not mentioned and I had to ask for the discount before it was offered. These days every $ counts as the economy is hard on those of us trying to keep our heads in the middle class. 3) then they told me I needed brakes, which I totally knew I needed and agreed, then they told me the price.. $550 for the rear brakes and over $650 for the front brakes! So $1200 for four brakes! I called a local independent garage and they quoted me $309.00 for the full set of brakes.... I'd love to know how you justify a 900$ difference? Especially since you also have ceased doing the little perks, like filling fluids and washing the car. I made an appointment with the local independent garage for my brake work. We have bought two vehicles from this dealership in the last five years…. Very disappointed More

I have tried to get an answer about a part they were supposed to take off of my previous vehicle. To date, I have heard nothing from anyone and no one answers phones there.
