Bait and Switch Tactics at its best I never ever had an experience of such a frightfully dishonest, deviate sales experience in all my car buying years (12). Called the dealership and asked for the availability. Malary answered yes, it is available and asked that that I should call before I left for my 1 hour car ride. Well my wife and I were excited and brought the title of her trade. Once on the road and within 30 minutes of our arrival I called and again Mallary answered and said great Darrel would have it ready for us. When we got there we were told it was sold. Wow! Wow! Terrible, terrible. Darrel, Mallary, Jodi and Neno tried to explain and fix the problem with "The switch!". Well when asked how does this happened each had a different story. He took it out of his mouth and threw it on the ground in front of me(scratch a hand shake at the end of this visit)Then I emailed the sales manager about it and got no reply. Purchase of a CPO Camry I found the car I was looking for on cargurus.com and it was located at this dealership which is now Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport. I was in contact with them to confirm the email was still available and informed them that I would be coming to get it. Per my request they had their finance team reach out to me to start the process before I arrived. The test drive was great and the sales person was very good at showing us all the options that the vehicle had and answered all of our questions. We bought the vehicle on the last day of the month and the dealership was very busy but they made sure that we were comfortable and took great care of us. Every person that we talked to was extremely nice. I will definitely be going back to them for our next car. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to get to them! More
