I had an issue with my truck on a recall that I purchased from this location but a different dealership. I was surprised when I showed up and there was no one I recognized. Then Jessica entered my life and h from this location but a different dealership. I was surprised when I showed up and there was no one I recognized. Then Jessica entered my life and helped me out tremendously. See, I was there to get the rear defroster fixed on my Chevy Silverado LTZ, it shattered my rear window when it caught fire. Low and behold, I walked out of there a new owner of a Toyota Tacoma!! That was one way to get my issue fixed. She did an amazing job and I admit, probably the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. She picked the exact truck that I would have picked if I were there to purchase a vehicle lol. Give her a shot, you won’t regret it. More

August, 2020: I Never had a problem when Toyota garage was Fairfield. For 12 years I had loyally done every 5,000 mile check and service recommended. I trusted the service department . Suddenly now tha was Fairfield. For 12 years I had loyally done every 5,000 mile check and service recommended. I trusted the service department . Suddenly now that Ciocca has taken over they claimed I had numerous problems and it would not pass inspection, with a price over $1500. None of these items had ever been brought to my attention, so big surprise. Normally when things were wearing Fairfield prepared me for that possibility. I decided to get two more reputable expert opinions. Needless to say both places could not find any problems, even after I pointed out what should be wrong. I was even shown the underside of the car and discussed in great detail why there was no problems,. Ciocca was trying to take me across. My car was then passed for inspection by one of the other garages for the cost of inspection only. More

They assured me that the vehicles would be ready when we got there at 6pm. Guess what. We never saw either vehicle. I think one was sold but the other one wasn't ready either. I wish we would have walked out right then and there. They instead talked us into a Honda CRV. We were okay with it. After the sale they said, it is dirty so you can come back later for a free detailed clean. I didn't think much of it. When we got home my husband realized there was no owner's manual. Then 2 months later it needed inspection and it didn't even pass. I never bought a car that couldn't pass inspection just 2 months later. I am pretty that they never did any kind of check on the vehicle to make sure it was good to sell before they sold it to us! That is also why it was dirty and had no owner's manual. Once the weather started to get hot, I turned on the a/c and it didn't work! Probably because they never check it before they sold it and the a/c never worked, we just didn't realize it since we bought it in the winter. They were supposed to do the detail clean when it was taken in to do the inspection but the didn't. Probably because it didn't pass inspection and needed work that took longer than expected. So he took it back later to be detail cleaned and get the free oil change. He mentioned to the manager that they said they would get a new piece for his tailpipe when it was in to be inspected and they never got it. The manager told him to just take the broken piece off. They didn't want to do what they said and replace it. I said that is not good enough. If you agreed to replace it, then it needs replaced. But guess what. It still isn't replaced. And guess what else. We still don't have the owner's manual. And wait. There is more! I finally reached out to the head of Toyota and they got in touch with the manager again so he would talk to me. All he did was argue and make sure I knew that nothing was his fault or his responsibility. I eventually told him to shut up and hung up on him. So I was not very nice but I couldn't handle listening to his excuses anymore He was complaining because we didn't tell them right away that the a/c didn't work. We didn't know it did not work to begin with. So he said we knew when it got hot out that it didn't work so why didn't we tell them. I did tell my husband several times to let them know but he just put the freon stuff in it and didn't worry about it right away. He said he will have them check it when he takes it in for an oil change. I didn't push the issue because I figured they would do exactly what they are doing, blame us, and not want to fix it unless we are the ones to pay for it. Besides the a/c, he argued with me that the owner's manual is probably hard to get because the vehicle is a 2013. I still can hardly believe that one. I can't believe that a car dealership has a hard time getting an owner's manual. But then again they sold us a car with broken a/c and one that couldn't pass inspection even though it was not sold as-is. It probably has a warranty that might cover fixing the a/c but I don't know because they don't' do what they say and make excuses and are almost impossible to deal with. So they said they would do the coolant flush that they told my husband it needed during the inspection. He didn't pay to have it done at that time. They agreed to do it for free when they did his next oil change. They never did it. They said it didn't need it. Then why did they tell my husband months ago that it did need one? They still haven't fixed the tailpipe. We still don't have an owner's manual and now we are dealing with a broken a/c. They could care less about their customer. I have never been treated so badly by a company as I have been by them. They pretend they want to make everything right but then they don't do what they agree to and they don't ever follow up. They did the free oil change...that was part of the sale of the vehicle and they did the free detail clean. Again, that was something they agree to when they sold it to us. None of our issues after the sale have been fixed. They even messed up the registration to begin with and had to redo it. When I talked to the manager today all he wanted to know while arguing with me was what they needed to do to make me stop spreading bad reviews and slander about their company. He didn't care about what was the right thing to do or what would make us happy customers. That is because they don't' care about their customers. Everything I have posted is true and others need to know what kind of business this is. I agreed after the detail clean to remove my bad reviews once things were fixed like they said they would do but they never fixed anything so my reviews are staying up and I will write about them on every site I can find. You have been warned! More

Scam Artists DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. They tell you a very low priced car is in their inventory and then they tell you to come in. Then when you get there after DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. They tell you a very low priced car is in their inventory and then they tell you to come in. Then when you get there after a long drive, they tell you it is sold even though they told you they would hold it. I saw previous online reviews before making the drive to see this bait and switch scam was common at this place so I called and said I need proof the car is actually on the lot before I drive there. Lo and behold after making me wait for a while on the phone, they come back on and tell me the car I was inquiring about for about the last 25 minutes on the phone IS SOLD. How ironic. DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAMMERS!! Sickening. They price their advertised cars so low to get you into their lot and then when you arrive they try selling you a higher car. DO NOT GO HERE. Pathetic! More
Scams and Hustles. I spoke to an internet sales person who set up and appointment. They stated the truck would be up front and ready for me upon my arrival. I was asked to please call if I couldn’t make m who set up and appointment. They stated the truck would be up front and ready for me upon my arrival. I was asked to please call if I couldn’t make my appointment. I arrived after a two hour drive and was met by clueless sales people who for 20 minutes attempted to find the vehicle. When it was finally found that the truck was sold, then the hustle of selling a more expensive vehicle started. Classic xxxxxxx dealership. More
Excellent experience from start to finish! When I first pulled onto the lot, my wife and I were looking for a pre-owned AWD vehicle that we saw online. The vehicle was a 2016 certified Highland When I first pulled onto the lot, my wife and I were looking for a pre-owned AWD vehicle that we saw online. The vehicle was a 2016 certified Highlander that matched our price range and overall budget. A salesman noticed us on the lot and came out and introduced himself to us and from there it was an amazing experience. Hunter had let us know that the certified Highlander that we were initially looking for had sold in the previous hours however, given the information we had set he was able to locate a 2018 Subaru Outback that exceeded what we were looking for in a vehicle, at a lower cost! Extremely knowledgeable on a product that he was not used to selling, from helping my wife and I connect our phone/technology functions, to telling us about the AWD system and what to expect when driving in this PA weather. In and out with finance, and was even introduced to the service team I will be dealing with in the future. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend anyone to go see Hunter and Ciocca Dealerships if you are in the market! 5 stars all the way! More
2 months later. Oil change gone wrong: So I take my vehicle into the Ciocca dealership in Muncy got my first oil change since I bought the vehicle. I bought the vehi Oil change gone wrong: So I take my vehicle into the Ciocca dealership in Muncy got my first oil change since I bought the vehicle. I bought the vehicle a little over two months ago. When I bought the vehicle the salesman and the General Manager were very kind and helpful. Made promises and talked about integrity and commitment. My wife and I were given a VERY reasonable trade offer for our current vehicle and the salesman bent over backwards to meet our every need.....AT that time. I thought to myself....this reminds me of how dealerships see to be....more “old school.” I like it. However my most recent visit was not the same at all! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. After about 20 minutes the gentlemen at the service Dept came to me and told me my rear brakes were in really bad shape, metal on metal. And that they needed to be fixed right away. I told him that I JUST bought the vehicle two months ago, and even though it was a used vehicle, it was shocking to me that the brakes were in such bad shape! The service Dept worker was a stand up guy and went to the General Manager to ask about how the situation could be handled. Now I had just spoken to the GM A few minutes ago about some damage to a mirror that was done on my vehicle before I bought it. The GM made arrangements to have the damage handled since the damage wasn’t listed when I bought the vehicle. When it came to the damage mirror the GM was very nice and helpful. But when I came to the situation about the brakes things were different. The GM told the service guy to inform me that there was a 30 day policy on problems with the vehicle that the company would pay for AND that because it over 30 days, the cost was all on me. Now from my perspective, I just bought this vehicle and if the brakes were left in that bad of a condition when I bought it and they sold it to me like that, then that is very shady to me. The service guy was nice and gave me a 10 percent discount....that was the best he could do. My frustration lies with the GM and how the situation was not fully appreciated for what it was. The truth is that I was sold a used vehicle with rear brakes that were dangerous. I have a wife and two kids and it upsets me that I trusted this dealership and they put my family and myself in a vehicle that had very poor rear brakes. The part that is upsetting is at the dismissiveness of the GM and him not looking further into this. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and my next car buying experience unfortunately will not take place at this dealership. and to top it all off the salesman sold me the car is no longer employed there. So I couldn’t even talk to him about it. And when I approach the sales desk to discuss my issue with the vehicle, they just rerouted me to the service department. It was a frustrating experience but like I said the most upsetting part is that I was put into a vehicle that had rear brakes that were not in good condition and two months later were metal on metal. This whole situation was not handled properly at all. More
