Eric was great about notifying me about the vehicle, taking a deposit and putting the vehicle on reserve. I called a few times to check on status and was updated but put me off a couple days from July2 taking a deposit and putting the vehicle on reserve. I called a few times to check on status and was updated but put me off a couple days from July2nd to the 6th as he wasn’t working. Set appointment to pick up and purchase on the 7th at 10am and Eric didn’t show up, called me after I left the dealership to tell me he overslept as he wasn’t used to working so early in the day. The rest of the staff took over and the purchase went well (Marissa was great!) other than they couldn’t find the keys and I waited quite awhile for a key to be located and they called the next day to tell me they found the other key, so I drove back to pick it up after being told they would deliver it me the day before, but when Eric called to say it was found he said they could deliver if that’s what I wanted but didn’t know what day they could schedule that for, so not wanting to risk it being lost again I went to pick it up. They still had to locate the key upon arrival even though I told them I was on my way to get it and asked it be waiting at the front desk. More
