Your service person Jolan May was very rude dealing with our fleet card from Garda world. He didn't want to deal with it when he was having trouble getting the card to process. I will never buy a vehicle from your dealership after dealing with him. My manager also had issues with him and had a talk with the manager of Ciocca Toyota.
