Great experience! We went to Apple "just looking" at the Subarus they had in stock. I couldn't be happier I showed up on a whim to look at a Subaru. Brandon and I took one out for a test drive, but the car itself wasn't what I was looking for. In a 20 minutes I was sitting behind the wheel of the car I knew I wanted. What made it better was Brandon wasn't pushy. He was a regular guy selling cars. That is hard to find these days. Not only was Brandon nice, but the entire dealership was excellent. They gave me a fair value for my trade and really worked to get me in the car with the financing. Above and beyond service. More
Worst car buying experience. I bought a Honda car from Apple Subaru on 9/15/15, because I do all my car maintenance with Apple Honda. The car I was going to buy at the lot of Appl I bought a Honda car from Apple Subaru on 9/15/15, because I do all my car maintenance with Apple Honda. The car I was going to buy at the lot of Apple Honda (**consumers be careful, I just found out today 10/5/15 that they apple Subaru and apple Honda are independent of each other**). My mistake was I passed by apple Subaru lot to check on Acura I had seen being sold which I ended up not buying. The sales person I dealt with Audry, seemed very nice but she can't be trusted fully. After I declined to buy the Acura from their lot, she asked me which car I was going for at the apple Honda. I gave her the stock number and she told me to stay in the office and she will walk across the lot to bring the car to me. (**Car buyer's be careful if this happens to you. By accepting her to bring the car to me was my BIGGEST mistake **) I found out today 10/5/15 when I bought the CERTIFIED CAR by Apple Honda, it losses it certification when you are buying it from Apple Subaru. This was not explained to me when I was buying the car at that time. I questioned the finance manager why he was selling me another warranty that was costing almost $1794 when the car was already certified by Honda. In many tricky terms he explained that I needed and if I change my mind I get my refund back in a pro-rated amount which will be credited to my loan. And also he told me their warranty was for 120,000 miles. 20000 miles more than what was being offered by Honda warranty.-The other thing that got my concern and I decided to read the terms of the signed documents was the way the financial manager insisted on only the warranty and gap insurance. I refused gap insurance at first since he was selling it for $895. I have another Honda car which was more expensive than the certified car I was buying and I only paid $300 on it. I told him that and he reduced it $695. Since it was late I signed the documents and left but I wanted time to get out of the their presence to read over the terms of warranty and gap which was being sold like gold. The gap insurance when i signed it i knew I had 30 days to return if I was not happy with the terms, which I did exactly that, but I will keep fighting for the apple Honda certification since that is what I was buying the car with but now I am being denied and told that they are separate entity and will not honor the Apple Honda warranty I was buying the car with. Another issue with the sales person was I think she forgot to send my information to my insurance. for 14 days I drove a car that I thought it was covered but my insurance company did not know I had bought another car. I had asked the financial manager if I needed to contact my insurance, but he said the sales person will do that because they had to finish some paperwork that they need before sending contacting my insurance. I happened to call my insurance for something else, 14 days after I bought the car only to realize that they were still covering the car that I traded in to Subaru. I called the sales person she said she had sent it but she had not because she immediately sent it after I complained to her and it arrived to my insurance within 20 minutes on the 14th day when I reminded her. This was awful. I will be filing complaint to court and to the consumer protection and to BBB, just to protect other consumers from taken advantaged off. The sad part today was the way the sales person and the finance manager were not in synch on what each one told me. The lied to me after being a a good customer. I will not hide information they way the did to me because I have had wonderful experiences with the Apple but the 2 employees are trying to make destroy the trust I have for their expertise. They have great cars, and and wonderful people, but consumers you have to read what you sign and keep asking questions. I am sure the Manager will take care of this complain as he seemed to be a great person over the phone last week when I was trying to reach the finance manager for days to discuss the warranty terms with no luck because he never called me back. More

He sat down at our salespersons desk and while chewing on something obnoxiously proceeded to tell us that 6.0% was a standard interest rate that everyone is paying. Also, that better interest rates would require a credit score of at least 720. We went to a competing dealer and bought a 2016 vehicle at 0% interest with my shameful credit score of 700. More
