Awesome!!!! :) Spencer went Above and Beyond!!! Car buying came at a rather inopportune time for me. After having not purchased a car in over 12-years, I was expect Spencer went Above and Beyond!!! Car buying came at a rather inopportune time for me. After having not purchased a car in over 12-years, I was expecting a pushy salesman and an unpleasant experience. To my surprise, I was met with the exact opposite. Even though I was indecisive and critical - not to mention I double and triple checked his responses with other dealerships - Spencer always greeted me with a Genuine Smile and a Compassionate Heart! MULTIPLE times, I visited the dealership unannounced to compare choices; and, without fail, Spencer was ALWAYS there to go along for yet another test drive, even if his shift had already ended!!! Several times, he searched for comparable cars within a 4-5 state radius, providing me with any and all available options, so I wouldn't regret my final purchase. Spencer is Outstanding! He Promptly responded to text messages and phone calls and maintained Professionalism in carrying out his job performance! He's Courteous, Considerate and Completely Awesome! Kurt and I only spoke once on the phone and met once in person, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention his Honesty, Warmth and Generosity. He made financing a new car not only Stress-Free, and Hassle-Free, but Enjoyable! What a Blessing!!! He and Spencer are like the Dynamic Duo!!!
